Chuck McCann and Paul Ashley hosted this show and played Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy as both live characters and as puppet characters performing skits. One of the more famous segments was called "Dialing for Dollars" which was a viewer call-in quiz game. The show also included reruns of the Hanna-Barbera Laurel & Hardy cartoons as well as reruns of Crusader Rabbit cartoons.
