NBA superstar, father, and role model to millions Shaquille O'Neal embarks on a quest to wipe out childhood obesity and get America's kids on a healthy track. Shaq and his team of experts will put six young Florida middle school students through a physically and emotionally challenging program aimed at getting them into shape by teaching them healthy living skills. Shaq's mission doesn't end with these six children. He hopes to implement his health and fitness plan at all the local schools with the goal of the state of Florida eventually adopting the plan for all schools. In the Season Finale, thousands turn out to see the incredible transformations of the six kids, as Shaq, "Doc" and Tarik conduct the final critical President's test in front of a packed stadium; Dr. Muios and Shaq meet with the families to deliver the final medical diagnoses; Shaq gathers the final results on his school lunch, P.E. and after-school programs; and Shaq, the kids and the entire team all meet with the Governor of Florida to push for statewide programs which could affect millions of children in the state
