    Okay, here

the series features a group of teenagers who try to make up for the evil done by their super villain parents (the Pride) by becoming superheroes. They are known as "the Pride's kids" or "those kids in L.A." by other characters in the Marvel Universe, due to the team's lack of an official name and the majority of Marvel's characters being based in New York

That sounds good. Hmm looks like my comic book reading shall begin again.
Oh, and Joss Whedon wrote part of it.

I would def. like to see Laurel K. Hamilton's "Anita Blake Vampire Hunter" or her Princess Meridith Gentry series made in to a show...or let HBO or Showtime take Stephen Kings Dark Tower series and make something watchable out of it lol

Definitely . i agree . ANITA BLAKE AND JEAN-CLAUDE "ROCK " Ive read all the books and there's enough for a season or 2 already .we can only cross our fingers and hope. but they would have to censor all the sex scenes .

I would go with Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series. These would make the next great movie trilogy. And the great thing is that unlike the Harry Potter series which had only so many years to make due to fact that you couldnt have Daniel Radclif looking 30 playing a teenager... The Wheel of time takes place over years and years... You could make it work. The Lord of the Rings and the Harry Potter Movies prove that people want to watch serial movies...

I think the Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum books could make a good tv series.

Any of the James Herbert Books would make awesome movies! he creates such a great atmosphere in his books so god only knows how awesome they could be if they were movies, some favourites that i would personaly like to see into movies are:

Nobody True - Based around a man names James True, who realises that when he is in a relaxed state he can have outer body experiences at will, but whilst he is out of his body, someone murders his body, and he is unable to return to it, so must wander around as a soul, and figure out who killed him and how he is supposed to stop them when he cannot speak or touch! great stuff.

The Magic Cottage - Midge and Mike move from their bustling London home to a cottage they found in the heart of the forest. It was charming, maybe a little run-down, but so peaceful, a magical haven for creativity and love. But the cottage had an alternative side, the bad magic. What happened there was horrendous beyond belief.

haha I would love to see Clue the movie (based on Clue the game) to be made into a series where one person is murdered every week in a certain room by a certain weapon by a certain person

argh...my other favorite series! i hope they do it justice though..there are some pretty dark themes and i wouldnt want the show to tone it down.

Though it'd be rather difficult to make into a movie or a series, I'd really like to see Sweep (or Wicca, depending on where you're from) on the screen. It's about a girl who discovers she has wiccan powers (I haven't read it in a while, so I'm a bit dusty). The books (15 of them in total) are pretty intense and I just love them!

A series based off of JRR Tolkien's "Middle Earth" landscape would be awesome.

Also I think a series based off of "The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy" would be pretty cool, if they came up with different plots that aren't in the books.
