    Sidney Lumet's 100 Centre Street follows the proceedings of New York City's arraignment court. This show aired on the A&E cable network, and has a two-hour premiere of 100 Centre Street opens in Judge Rifkind's night court. When Rifkind (Alan Arkin), a liberal judge who's nickname is "Let-em-Go Joe", releases a petty offender who jumped a subway turnstile, he starts a chain of events that end a rookie cop's life and could end his career.
