When the Cruellathon first came on at the beginning of the episode, Spot flipped through a couple of channels. At the end, when it went off the air, Thunderbolt came back on, despite the fact that their TV was set on a different channel throughout the episode.
(Editor's Note: Lucky might have switched back to that channel during one of the scenes he was checking to see if Thunderbolt was back on.)
Cruella stated that no one called to contribute, but there was money on the money pool.
Gipdac: You two have been brought here to learn a system of inner values - peace, interplanetary harmony, and stellar convergence.
Cruellal: Oh, very '60s.
Cruella: Not one call. Not one cent. Doesn't anyone care about the fashion-deprived kids?
Spot: I could think of 101 endings better then that one.
(Horace and Jasper are starting to teleport and Spot still isn't fixed)
Spot: Hey where are you going? You're not done.
Jasper: Sorry chicken. It's lunchtime.
Horace: Union rules.
(Horace is hitting the teleport machine)
Jasper: Careful Horace these are delicate machines.
(Both pull out hammers and start banging the machine)
Gipdac: I am Gipdac. That's Cadpig spelled backwards.
Spot: Wait what happened to Thunderbolt?
Rolly: Oh right.
(Baypup has just taken her surfboard)
Spot: Hey I still have half an hour on that.
Gipdac: Remember what you have learned: Materialism and greed have no place in the world...and it's really hard to get out of this position, isn't it?
Rolly (referring to Spot): Finally! Something worth watching!
Lucky (after the Cruellathon comes on): Who turned on the Sci-Fi Channel?
Cruella: Five cents?
Horace: I had to pay for the sucker.
Spot: Hello! Remember me? I'm having a little stomach problem here, like no stomach!
Lucky: That night, a big luau was held to celebrate Bay Pup's big rescue, and he was even awarded a medal.
Spot: Wait that's it! What happened to me?
Cadpig: A commercial.
(A shark eats Spot and then spits her back out.)
Spot: Well, I don't like the taste of fish either!
Cruella's Memo: Bring back Go-Go Boots.
In Cadpig's version of the ending, she predicts that Thunderbolt will get abducted by an alien named Gipdac. Gipdac is Cadpig spelled backwards.
This episode is similar to the Rugrats episode "Reptar 2021", where the children tell one another how they think the movie will end.
The stories that the characters said in this episode were all parodies on pop culture. Lucky's story was a parody of Bay Watch, Rolly's story was a parody of Love Boat, Cadpig's story was a parody of Close Encounters of the Third Kind, while Spot's story was a parody of Godzilla.
