Lucky and Two-Tone are blood sibblings. Lucky wanted to date Two-Tone even though he didn't seem to realize she was his sister.
Everyone seemed to notice that Lucky was pink, but this shouldn't have been possible; dogs are naturally colorblind.
Wizzer's collar appears blue during one of the scenes, despite the fact that it shouldn't be that color.
How did Lucky manage to ring the doorbell?
It shouldn't be possible for Cadpig to ride on a bubble.
Two-Tone: Yard sales? I love yard sales! Actually, I hate yard sales. Of course, the pros of a yard sale are the bargains...but the cons of a yard sale are the items are used! Ugh!
Cadpig: Two-Tone...FOCUS!
(Spot's about to tie Lucky to the windmill.)
Lucky: Where did you learn about this?
Spot: I'm Professor Egghead Science Over-Easy!
Lucky: I look like a big wad of bubble gum!
Rolly: Then why'd you dye yourself pink? You shoulda picked another color!
Two-Tone: Which do you think Mooch'll like best? Necklace or bracelet?
Cadpig: I had no idea he was so conflicted! This is a Mooch we didn't know!
(Lucky's hiding under a box and runs into Rolly.)
Rolly: Hey, watch where you're going, you clumsy box!
Two-Tone: Beautiful morning, isn't it?
Mooch: It was! I can't see it anymore!
Spot: How do you hide an elephant?
Rolly: Maybe we can put him on wheels and disguise him as a vacuum cleaner.
Spot: Or stick little magnets on him and pretend he's a refridgerator.
Cadpig: Or put a saddle on his back and pretend he's a horse with a glandular problem.
Lucky: You see? You were all worried about nothing! He definately isn't getting into any trouble.
Spot: Okay, then where is he?
Cadpig: (sees Jimbo on the silo) In trouble!
Lucky: (referring to Jimbo) Where did he come from?
Cadpig: He's a stray. A wandering orphan in the suburban jungle.
Spot: A stray elephant?
Lucky: Hey, we're not in the city anymore. In the country, we get all kinds of strays. Stray elephants are probably pretty common.
Rolly: Anybody want some peanuts?...What? It's not like I've never offered you any of my food before. Okay, it's been a while.
Cadpig: Uh-oh! I'm having an out-of-bubble experience!
Lucky: Are we going to let Cruella De Party Pooper stop us from having a pet?
Rolly: Uh-huh.
Cadpig: That's the plan
Spot: Sounds good to me.
(The elephant begins to suck up Rolly's peanuts)
Rolly: Hey, my peanuts!
(Rolly jumps up but gets stuck in the elephant's trunk)
Rolly: Aw, nuts!
Two-Tone: I came here to say to you that I have nothing to say to you. If I did have something to say to you, I'd say it to Lucky. My date for the dance.
Cadpig: Looks like you've been bitten by the puppy-love bug.
Lucky: That explains why I itch! But does it explain why I hear music?
Rolly: That's funny. I hear it too.
(Lucky then sees some fleas conga dancing across his nose.)
Lucky: It's not the love bug. It's fleas!
This episode is skipped over in Disney Junior's rerun rotation of the series.
In the episode 'Love 'Em and Flea 'Em', Lucky's fur is changed into a pink color due to some dye. This episode marks the first time in the series where his fur is a different color.
In the episode 'He Followed Me Home', Cruella decided not to let the Dearlys have more than 101 pets, though this doesn't include the animals who were already on the farm.
This is the only episode in the entire series where Lucky and Two-Tone have a romantic relationship.
The episode 'Love 'Em and Flea 'Em' is referred to in the episode 'Spot's Fairy God-Chicken'.
The title, "Love 'Em and Flea 'Em", is a parody on a 1976 Kiss song, "Love 'Em and Leave 'Em".
