During one of the scenes where we see Cadpig posing as the Shaggy Green Messenger, her skin is totally green.
Horace and Jasper went over the waterfall at the end of the last episode, but Cruella called them roughly six hours later and they were still sitting at the bottom of the lake. How did they get the semi-truck out of the lake and how did they stay under water that long without drowning?
At the very end of this episode, Cruella makes a memo to herself on her phone!
In the first scene with the Dalmatians in Good Neighbor Cruella, Cadpig's spots weren't blackened out, though they regained their color in the next scene.
(Editor's Note: This was probably due to the lights from the TV that were causing her spots to look like they weren't blackened out.)
When Rolly knocks Cadpig into the food trough, Two-Tone is seen sitting right next to him. However, in the next scene where the dogs are eating the kibble, Two-Tone is seen on the opposite side of the food trough.
In "Spots and Shots", Lucky did not want to get a shot. Sometime before "Spot's Fairy God Chicken", though, he must have learned that taking the shot is better than being sick, hence the reason he's in line to get his shot.
It shouldn't have at all been possible for Horace, Jasper and Rolly to survive the roller coaster collision. The cars really should have crashed causing an explosion, and they would have died.
The witch who cast the spell on DeVil Ville looks like she could be an ancestor of Nanny.
When Spot kissed Rolly and Cadpig, she kissed them on the upper part of their noses, but Rolly and Cadpig attempted to wipe their tongues off, though Spot didn't kiss them anywhere near their mouths.
While the main pups are racing to release Roger and Anita, Rolly eats a lot of food in the restaurant along the way making him very obese, but he returns to his normal size in the very next scene.
In "Walk On the Wild Side", Cadpig states that she got a thesaurus for Christmas, but we find out already in "A Christmas Cruella" that she only got a chew toy.
(Editor's Note: She was probably not referring to that specific Christmas.)
When the main pups were in the van, all three of them were shown looking out of the window of the back door. It shouldn't be possible for them to do that unless they stacked up on one another, and doing that would only permit one of them to look out the window.
The criminals in "Channels" are the same ones featured in "Market Mayhem".
At the end of "Cone Head", Cadpig is not one to laugh at Lucky having to wear the cone, considering she was wearing one at the end of "Easy on the Lies".
Lucky kept bumping into things while he was "being the cone", yet we could clearly see his eyes showing from his makeover.
Ivy's dress is blue when she's nice and red when she's mean, unlike her earlier appearances where her dress was always red.
This episode contained many photographs from other episodes when it would be impossible for those photographs to exist because there was never a camera in any of the episodes they were referring to.
While the pups were under the table, Cadpig says, "They're coming! Everybody hide!" Aren't they already hiding?
Barkio looks and sounds exactly like Lucky, despite the fact that it shouldn't be possible for Roger to know how Lucky would sound if he did talk.
Lucky, Rolly and Cadpig used up all the explosive eggs to take out the giant worm, but just as the pups and Cruella got into the catapult, Lucky suddenly had an egg appear in his mouth.
