While smuggling some chocolate into Cascadia, Squib falls off the roof and breaks his arm. He gets Cameron to lie about it for him, and the doctor gives Squib painkillers, which makes him fall asleep. When Squib wakes up he has to go to one of the courts, and he actually gets a trial by his friends. If he loses the trial, then he loses his gift to play tennis.moreless

      • The episode title may have been derived from the movie title, The Trial (1993) about Joseph K. awakes one morning, to find two strange men in his room, telling him he has been arrested. Joseph is not told what he is charged with, and despite being "arrested," is allowed to remain free and go to work. But despite the strange nature of his arrest, Joseph soon learns that his trial, however odd, is very real, and tries desperately to spare himself from the court's judgement.
