1600 Pennsylvania Avenue is an MSNBC news talk show hosted by David Shuster that features relevant discussion of current topics in American politics by a rotating panel of informed experts that includes Pat Buchanan, Harold Ford Jr., Rachel Maddow, Eugene Robinson, Joe Scarborough, Michael Smerconish, and Chuck Todd. In March of 2008, MSNBC launched a news series called Race for the White House, a show hosted by David Gregory who chronicled the events leading up to the 2008 Presidential Election.
