Who was the Episode MVP ?

  • And Strokes of Goodwill

    The Good:

-"Lots of people cry at Goodwill."

-"...I've never had things done for me, so I just do them."

    The Bad:

-Caroline has an expensive phone where she can access the internet. Her phone bill would be at least one hundred dollars a month.
  • Much better...

Max and Caroline are still getting adjusted to their new life together. They shop together, make promises and then break them, and then help each other out.

Okay, first off, the dialogue, vast improvement. They're starting to get the hang of the comic timing. This episode had my full attention unlike, the previous three, with it's continuos events. I think the writers realised that in order to not "drag" scenes out, they needed quick setting and situation changes.

My favorite line is spoken by that man in the kitchen : "I can be a girl's girl."

Slowly, but surely, it's getting better and it's safe to say...I'm sticking around.moreless
  • Its getting there...

so far my fav episode because it actually made me laugh like 2 and a half times, the jokes that have been going on are pretty double sided and sometimes dark... but the worst is that they are not funny.. today the double sided still went on but there was some plain jokes and personifications... so it was fun

The only thing i didnt liked was the whole... black acting thing. but its was kinda fun the whore black drag queen joke.moreless

  • QUOTES (7)

    • Max: (mocking Caroline's earlier argument in the bar) Those aren't extensions, Bitch!
Caroline: Are you still on that? It wasn't funny.
Max: Yes it was, it was very funny, it was like Looney Tune's funny, only in your version Donald Duck tried to have a dialogue with the shoot gun!

    • Tough White Girl: What are you saying, bitch?
Caroline: Okay, I think we got off on the wrong foot...
Tough White Girl: You wanna feel my foot, bitch?
Caroline: Well, I guess we know what your favorite word is. (girl pulls her hair) Ow! Those are not extensions, BITCH!

    • Caroline: We're shopping at the goodwill? You led me to believe we were real shopping!
Max: I know! I couldn't wait to see your face when you saw this place, do the face again. (Caroline makes the face again) I love it!

    • Max: Ready to go?
Caroline: Do we have to? It's so hot at home. When did heat get so hot?
Max: Stop fighting and just give into it. I don't know why I'm quoting a rapist.

    • Caroline: When I used to cry in front of my other girlfriends, they would say, "What'chu crying about, C-line? You got your glam on!"
Max: Were your girlfriends black drag queens?

    • Caroline: Um, didn't you see me crying?
Max: Lots of people cry at Goodwill. You go to France, you eat snails. You come here, you cry.

    • Caroline: And, my feet hurt.
Max: Well, you gotta stop wearing those stilts, and get a pair of Sketchers like normal broke-ass waitresses!
      Caroline: Sketchers!? How dare you!
