Your place to talk anything and everything about the premiere of 2 Broke Girls
I hated it. I only laughed once during the entire show, and was bored throughout most. When I watched every show before, I was normally laughing all the way through, and was interested in both shows so much, that the hour and a half went by kicking than the half hour of this show. I'll be sticking through with this show for another episode to do, since shows can always approve and this may win me over. If it doesn't within the next few weeks, I'm done with this series.
It was ok, and sort of edgy. Alot of sexual humor; you can tell this is a Whitney Cummings project.
Any sit-com that has me laughing out loud in the first two minutes gives me hope. I thought the "Audience in a Can" would drive me nuts but seriously didn't notice it after a few minutes. The running balance at the end is an interesting premise....hope the series survives thru to the magic quarter mill.
It's not a bad show. Maybe, I was expecting it to be a little better. That blonde doesn't talk as good as I thought she would too. The show that makes me laugh a lot is Big Bang Theory. I don't usually laugh for tv shows, but that show is ridiculously funny, and I wish there was another comedy that was that funny. Some skits on Jay Leno is really funny like some Headlines, or going to the Dollar Store - certain segments.
I agree. I did not like it. There was nothing funny about the pilot. I just watched the second show and I am still not impressed. I hope they cancel this show!
After watching ep number 2, the blonde to me is sort of annoying. I wish they would have got another blonde lady. I'll watch it again though.

| Loved it. It was a solid premier episode. Much better than the "new" Two and A Half Men. |
This show is pretty bad. I only laughed at 3 jokes. I'm giving it one more episode before I call it quits on this show. I can't believe so many people like this show on here. It's at least better than Whitney. That show sucks donkey b***s.
Surprisingly enough I found it much funnier than I had expected…! Kat Dennings is great and so far she is basically carrying the whole show, so we'll have to see if she can keep doing that and how the other actors/characters are going to evolve -- provided the show doesn't get canceled in an early stage, which happens way too often nowadays…
BTW, is it just me or has anyone else noticed that Whitney Cummings seems to kind of have, um, borrowed the basic idea (spoilt rich girl moves in with poor working girl and they try to build a business together) from the late 90's show "Fired Up" with Leah Remini and Sharon Lawrence…?! But then again, I'm probably one of the very few who have even watched that show back then…what can I say, I love Leah Remini…! ![]()
I actually liked it, it has a good plot and maybe because I did not expect that much. But they could use additional cast I guess.
I saw the first 3 episodes in one sitting. This show is HILARIOUS. Kat Dennings is AMAZING.

She did better than in that awful and paralyzed former WB show "Raising Dad".

Yes, Kat was GREAT in "Raising Dad", but that show itself was pretty weak.
