Abby Wallace is a single mum living on a East London estate with her two children Alfie and Charlotte. Abby sees an advert that would give her the kind of life she has always wanted... to live on Ronansay a small island near Scotland. Why advertise for a family to move to an island? The council will close the school in Ronansay unless three current pupils become five. Abby decides to take a chance. Persuading her childhood friend Kenny to pose as her husband they set off for the interview on Ronansay. Will they be a believable couple or will another family take the place?moreless
