There probably aren't too many people visiting this forum anymore but I'll still post this thread about the worst injury at the Beijing Games. I don't remember too many significant injuries but the injury that Janos Baranyai of Hungary suffered during the Olympic weightlifting competition was pretty gruesome. Check out
