Hanson finds himself being blamed for the shooting death of a cop, after investigating a dirty cop in connection with the street gangs that may have shot Ioki. Meanwhile, Penhall tries to clear Hanson's name, as Booker partners up with the dead cop's partner.moreless
  • Classic end-of-season cliffhanger.

    "Great"
The last episode of Season Three ends with the classic cliffhanger -- one person in jail, and another in a coma. There are many details of the story hanging up in the air, which won't make sense until the first show of Season Four. Johnny Depp looks good behind bars, as always. Someone pointed out elsewhere that this would have been the perfect way for the writers to remove Hanson from the series (as Johnny Depp was wanting out of it at this time anyway). Never fear, though, he will return for another season -- a bit sporadically, and a bit strange, but he'll be around awhile longer.moreless
