    The plot has potential, but it's all over the place. There are scenes of drug deals in dark alleyways, then there are scenes of nerds at a tech school. There's a pushy geeky guy with money trying to hustle Hoffs into going out with him. There's Hanson trying to look geeky but instead coming across more like Mad Scientist. There's Ioki befriending a Chinese dissident who's being ratted out by another student, who is really working for the Chinese government. There's Hanson scaling a clock tower so he can find a clue left there in order to get into a student's room.....gosh, I'm exhausted just typing this review.moreless
