I wanted to choose 'well-produced' or 'well-directed' rather than 'well-written,' but that wasn't a choice. The story isn't what grabs me (it's about college kids gambling), but the show certainly has a spark to it. The club scenes are well-filmed, and Hanson and Penhall are at the top of their game. This show contradicts those fans who feel Johnny Depp wasn't performing up to par during the 4th season. The best scene is at the end, when Penhall gets into a fistfight with the bad guy, while Hanson nonchalantly leans up against a wall, refusing to break a sweat.
