  • Amusing, but pointless.

A great chance to spend an hour with Johnny Depp, but the show's plot is all over the place, and doesn't have a thing to do with 21 Jump Street. Mostly it's a silly excuse for Depp's character to spend some more time with Russell Buckins. The first time around, Buckins was pivotal in advancing the changes we were seeing with Hanson as he rethought his life as a police officer. This time there is no character or plot development. Most viewers could care less whether Buckins gets married or not, or to whom, so what's the point? If you're not a Johnny Depp fan, this episode is a waste. If you are a Depp fan, then it is kinda fun.
  • This is just a classic Tom episode!

The dreaded Russell Buckins returns when Tom goes to hunt him down after he publishes an article about the 21 Jump Street program. This episode features flashbacks from Russell's previous appearance.

Russell though tells Tom he's changed - he's fallen in love with the beautiful Louise - who is meant to marry someone else as her family is very well off.

Not wanting to take Russell back straight away he agrees to stay and begins to think that his friend truly is capable of loving someone other than himself.

An excellent and action-packed episode. I really liked seeing the flashback parts (it was all the good parts) and it was just a really well cast and acted episode.
