    This show was awful why did people watch it? So violent and storyline always assumed the worst in people (people from other countries).
    Young people idolize Jack Bauer but to me he as a character seemed so inhuman. If you're looking for an idol better go Superman. At least Clark Kent (an alien) was human enough.

    Yes this is how u end greatest action/suspense show of all time and not like those idiots of writers from Lost who suddenly decided to go religious.
    Those morons would probably (100%) suggest to 24 writing staff to end the show with Jack siting in church with all dead characters from previous seasons
    asking for-givens from God after realizing that he was dead the whole time.
    Anyway,what are we gonna do without Jack in the future.
    Is there any show remotely close to 24.
    Was it a mistake to end a show,maybe now some other Tv company will try to buy the show...hope so.
    Sorry about my english.

    This show has everything. Edge of your seat action, character development, unexpected plot twists.

    Kiefer Sutherland leads an amazing cast, and he does the role as Jack bauer with perfection.

    The plots are taken out of todays headlines, and it could almost be a reality show, as most of the things in this show happen on a daily basis in the world of today.

    Never became static, changing of characters worked almost all the time with few exceptions.

    Other great characters in the shows history were Tony Almeida, Chloe, Palmer and maybe surprisingly Aaron Pierce. He was the only one except for Jack that was in all seasons but the last. It was a shame in my opinion.
    Lets hope he will be in the movie due out in 2012.moreless

    I cant stand that this show is no longer more. 24 is one of the best Televisions shows EVER!!!. Even having some fair o mediocre espisodes, almost all the seasons and all the episodes are beyond the superb.
    Kiefer Sutherland built up a strong characther that was development and changing throw the seasons. Jack Bauer could repeat the same sentence several times: My name is Jack Bauer!! I work for CTU!! There are terrorists!!... OK. But his role is completely new each day.
    And also the show repeats the same formula several times, but each episode grabs you to its engaging plot and that is truly difficult nowadays!!.

    See you in theaters, Jack Bauer!!
