After Jack was going after Wald from being attacked by his dog, the arms of his jacket were intact.

A bomb exploded inside CTU destroying pretty much everything, yet the "systems" including the phone lines are somehow still working.

In episode 2, Mason is seen typing in his password, which is 11 characters long. Yet in this episode when he's asked by Tony, he gives his password as Hendrix (most likely spelt like rock legend Jimi Hendrix), 7 characters long. In the other hand, the password may have been "jimihendrix" and Mason just said "hendrix" over the phone for security, hoping that Tony would understand...that's why Tony asked for the "x".

There is no way that Jack could have driven from West L.A. to the middle of Simi Valley in 20 minutes at that time of day.

After the shootout with Eddie and Chris, the car Eddie is driving has all the windows shot out and is filthy. After Jack commandeers the car, he's seen driving it to Wald's, and all the windows are intact, rolled up, and the car is clean.
