Jack, Chase and Nina head back to L.A. from Mexico in a C-130 Hercules aircraft. It takes approximately the same amount of time that it took to fly down on a personal jet. The Hercules is a prop driven plane and averages about one third the speed of a jet a/c and would have taken three times as long to fly the same distance, even at its top speed.
Another violation of the real-time format; Sherry asks Julia where the cell phone is, takes off her coat, and then the camera immediately cuts to her in Alan's bedroom grabbing the cellphone.
Chase: Nina, I have heard all about you. I know what you've done, how you've managed to stay alive. It's impressive. But if you play Jack one more time, he's gonna kill you.
Nina: Is that so?
Chase: Yeah.
Much of the technological computer terminology tossed out during CTU's efforts to stop Nina's computer worm are simply random terms and phrases nonsensically strung together.
David Herman's role was meant to be larger during his run on the series, but producers cut many of his scenes due to time constraints. His deleted scenes can be viewed on the Season 3 DVD set.
