10:02 P.M.-10:08 P.M.: Salazar's men continue to interrogate Chase. One asks Chase if more men are coming. When Chase doesn't answer, the man lifts Chase's shirt and shocks him with an electric prod.

Adam is trying to figure out how to reestablish contact with Jack. Gael gets a call on his cell phone--it's Hector. Adam scrambles to trace the call. Gael answers and Hector asks where he's been. Gael quickly covers by saying he's been at a meeting with the bureau chief at Division. Hector tells Gael about the complication with Nina's arrival, which doesn't sit well with Michelle. Jack gets on the phone and gives Gael Amador's sat phone number so they can track him and hopefully find Nina's location. Hector gets back on and tells Gael about Chase's capture. Hector asks Gael if Chase is working alone or with others. Gael says he doesn't have access to that information. "What am I paying you for?" Hector yells. Gael counters by saying he doesn't want to blow his cover by being too nosy. He tells them to keep Chase alive until they can find out for sure. Hector hangs up, but Adam has pinpointed his location. Tony tells Michelle to adjust the Delta teams accordingly. Tony then tells Kim that both Chase and her father are alive, but he decides not to tell her about Nina Myers.

Jack and the Salazars return to the farmhouse. Jack tells them that the trace should take 10 minutes. Ramon tells Hector to call their client and tell them of the delay. As Hector walks away, Sergio runs up to him. Sergio tells Hector that his sister said they were leaving, but Sergio doesn't want to go. Hector tells him to go back to bed and not to mention their little chat to anyone.

Jack enters the house and finds Claudia. He tells her that the men will all be going to get the virus soon. He tells her to get Chase and leave there with her family. Hector comes in and Jack leaves, but eavesdrops from outside. Sergio also listens in from behind some curtains. Hector asks Claudia about her comments to Sergio about leaving. Claudia reassures him that Sergio was being bad and she was just threatening him so he'd straighten up. Hector seems to believe her and lets it go.



10:08 P.M.-10:13 P.M.: Chappelle asks Tony for an update. Tony tells him about the trace and also informs him that Nina Myers has entered the deal. This surprises Chappelle, since she was supposed to be restricted to North Africa when she was pardoned. Chappelle leaves to update Division and Michelle enters. She tries to apologize to Tony for ratting him out to Chappelle earlier, but he isn't having any of it. Before they can argue, Michelle's presence is requested downstairs.

Meanwhile, Chloe is on the phone with someone who seems to be having some kind of emergency. She says she can't leave right now, but she seems to have no choice. She slams down the phone and hurries out.

The torture of Chase continues as Salazar's men beat him with an axe handle. Hector enters and cuts the ropes on his wrists. Hector slams him against a wall and asks again whether he's working alone or with others. Chase resists, so Hector puts a bullet through his hand. Chase screams, but still says nothing. Hector tells his men to keep at it and to use gasoline if he doesn't break soon.



10:17 P.M.-10:23 P.M.: Palmer is briefed on the latest developments in Mexico when Wayne interrupts and asks for a private talk. Wayne tells Palmer that senators have started pulling their votes for his health care proposal. Palmer realizes that its Milliken's doing in an effort to demonstrate just how powerful he is. Wayne urges Palmer to just let him resign, but Palmer refuses to let Milliken dictate how he runs his administration. Before they can argue more, Palmer gets a call from yet another senator.

Chloe enters the CTU parking garage and walks up to a car with a teenage girl in it--her babysitter. She argues with the girl and then takes her baby from the back of the car and goes back inside.

Jack meets with the Salazars outside the house. Gael calls and gives them Amador's location. Ramon wants to ambush Amador, but Jack convinces them to wait until Amador delivers the virus to Nina. Ramon tells Jack that he will go with him to intercept Nina, since Ramon still doesn't trust him. Ramon orders Hector to stay behind at the house.

Upstairs, Claudia puts Sergio to bed and tells him not to worry. She looks outside and sees Hector standing guard. Claudia goes outside and spots Jack and Ramon driving away. She tells her father Oriol to get ready to leave. Oriol protests, but Claudia gives him a knife and tells him to damage Hector's trucks so they can't follow. Claudia then goes over to the shed where Chase is being tortured. She asks a guard for a light, then knocks him out with the butt of his rifle and drags him out of sight.



10:28 P.M.-10:35 P.M.: Wayne meets with Julia Milliken in a restaurant and asks her to persuade her husband to stop sabotaging the president's health care bill. Julia is willing, but only if Wayne agrees to start seeing her again. Wayne says that he misses her, but their affair didn't work for him. Julia says she won't help him and Wayne leaves.

Hector's henchman pours gasoline on Chase's wounded hand. Chase screams and Claudia enters, telling him that Hector wants her to try to question Chase. She pretends to do so, but secretly slips him her knife. Then she throws a bucket of gas on the henchman and Chase stabs him. Claudia checks his pockets and takes a cell phone and gun off of him. Chase takes a hot poker to his hand to cauterize the wound. Then they go outside, where Claudia's father and brother are waiting. They all hide in the back of the pick-up, except Oriol who is driving.

Two of Hector's men come along and ask where he's going. Oriol tells them its none of their business. They don't look amused, so Chase stands up and shoots them both. Hector hears the shots and comes running, just in time to see the pick-up making the getaway. He and Chase exchange shots, then Hector takes off in pursuit, but none of the vehicles will start...Oriol successfully disabled them. After a short time, Chase turns to Claudia to tell her that they are safe, but he sees a bullet hole in her head. She's dead.



10:40 P.M.-10:47 P.M.: Chappelle enters Chloe's office and finds her with the baby. He orders her to "get rid of it" or find someone else to do her job.

Jack and Ramon have tracked Amador to a deserted church. They turn off their headlights just in time as another car pulls up. It's Nina and her guards, who head inside the building. Jack prepares to go in alone, telling Ramon to keep watch on him with his nightscope. Jack leaves the car and quietly sneaks over to the church. He slips past Nina's guards and eavesdrops on her and Amador through an open window. Amador tells Nina that someone will call her in a half-hour with the location of the virus. She will then transfer half of her funds into an account. Nina complains about the hoops she has to jump through, but Amador reassures her that they are only for her protection and leaves. Suddenly, a guard spots Jack and orders him to freeze. Jack knocks out the guard and takes his gun. Several more guards come to see what's up, but Jack shoots them, then he rushes into the church and holds Nina at gunpoint. He tells her that he doesn't want to kill her. Another guard comes in behind Jack. He turns to see who it is and Nina knocks Jack out with her briefcase.



10:51 P.M.-11:00 P.M.: Chase calls Tony at CTU. He tells him about Jack and Ramon going for the virus and asks Tony to send a helicopter to pick them up. Tony tells Chase it's 10 minutes away. Claudia's father cries over her body.

Nina has tied Jack to a chair. She asks him what he's really up to. Jack asks Nina how much her client is paying her for the virus. Whatever it is, the Salazars will pay her a lot more. Jack tells her that he's changed since she knew him and that he just wants to get his money and disappear forever. Nina is skeptical and asks about Kim. Jack tells her that Kim never forgave him for what happened to her mother. He explains that he's broken Ramon out of prison and can never go back to the U.S. again. Nina's henchman tells her to either kill Jack, or he'll call their client. Nina acts as if she's going to shoot Jack, but kills her guard at the last second.

Wayne enters and tells Palmer that he was unsuccessful in convincing Julia to help them. Palmer tells Wayne that if Milliken is going to play dirty, they have to lower themselves to his level. He then asks Wayne to leave the room and makes a call. Sherry answers and Palmer tells her that he needs her help. He won't give details on the phone, but offers to send a car for her. Sherry agrees to come over.

Ramon continues to watch Jack through his nightscope. In the church, Nina confirms via phone that Jack did break Ramon out of jail. Jack assures her that he's not the man she knew before. Nina asks Jack if he can forgive her for killing his wife. Jack says that if he wanted revenge, he would've killed her already. "Convince me," she says as she leans in for a long kiss.
