11:02 P.M.-11:07 P.M.: Adam gives Chappelle an update on the whereabouts of Amador. He also informs him that Chase phoned in his location and will be picked up soon.

Chase and Claudia's family are picked up by the CTU Delta Team. Oriol wants to bring Claudia's body, but Chase knows that Hector and his men are coming and they don't have time to get her. Chase hustles them into the helicopter and they take off, leaving Claudia's body behind in the truck.

Wayne makes a private phone call to Alan Milliken. He blasts Milliken for taking his revenge on David and not keeping it between the two of them. Palmer overhears Wayne on the phone and Wayne admits to speaking with Milliken. Palmer takes the phone and tells Milliken to back off. Milliken refuses and orders Palmer to let Wayne resign. Palmer again refuses, and both men hang up unsatisfied. Wayne tells Palmer that Sherry will be there soon and voices his displeasure at the thought of her being involved. Palmer tells him that they are in a street fight and that Sherry is good at that sort of thing.

Tony briefs the others on Amador and the situation in Mexico. Adam flashes a picture of Nina's fake passport on the screen, naming her as the woman buying the virus. This news is a surprise to Kim, who hasn't had time to read the ops brief. Kim isn't happy about this, given her bad history with Nina. Tony tells her Jack needs Nina's help to secure the virus. Kim disagrees that her father would willingly work with her.



11:07 PM - 11:13 PM: Jack is still handcuffed and tied to the chair. Nina does not believe in Jack's deception, so he head-butts her and smashes the chair to get free. Then he starts to strangle Nina with the chain and threatens her with a broken piece of the chair. He tells her he needs this deal to happen and he'll honor their original agreement--she can keep the $20 million and she gets to keep breathing if she helps them.

Hector finds Claudia's body and embraces her for a moment. Then he orders his men to find Chase. He calls Gael, who tells him that Chase has gone rogue and is working alone. Then Hector calls Ramon and tells him about Chase's escape and Claudia's death. Hector wants to call off the deal, but Ramon refuses since they've already come this far. Ramon orders Hector to find Chase, but Hector says it will be difficult in the dark. Ramon hangs up and then Jack calls him and tells him to come into the church.



11:17 P.M.-11:26 P.M.: Palmer meets with Sherry and they have a brief catch-up session. Sherry says she lost a lot, but what she gained was more important. Palmer says that when he wanted her to leave things alone, she was a shark. Now that he's asked her back, he wants her to be a shark again and updates her on the situation with Milliken.

Ramon comes into the church and finds Nina handcuffed while Jack searches her laptop. Ramon tells Jack that Chase escaped and that Claudia is dead. Jack covers up his reaction as Nina makes eye contact with Ramon.

Palmer finishes telling Sherry about Milliken. Sherry tells him that she knows about a big skeleton in Milliken's closet, but if he plays that card, he and Milliken will be enemies for life. Palmer tells her that their friendship ended the minute he tried to extort him. Sherry agrees to help.

A medic works on Chase's wounded hand. The captain tells Chase that they should move their Delta team back so that Hector doesn't find out that they are in the area. Chase thinks this is a bad idea since they could risk losing Amador and the virus. The captain tells Chase that he's been ordered to leave Mexico and return to CTU. Chase says that he is staying to see the mission through.

Adam tells Chappelle that he has picked up vehicle movement toward Amador. Chappelle orders the Delta team to stand down until they have a visual confirmation of the virus. Amador's men deliver a metallic cylinder to him, which contains the virus.



11:30 P.M.-11:39 P.M.: Sherry runs into Wayne, who tells her that he doesn't like her being there. Sherry reminds Wayne that it was his indiscretion that lead to presence. Wayne asks Sherry to do whatever it is that she does for a couple of hours and then tell Palmer that she can't find anything. Sherry tells Wayne that she doesn't want him to resign because Palmer needs someone like Wayne to tell him how things really are. Wayne tells Sherry not to forget how dangerous Milliken can be, but Sherry says that he's the one who forgot when he had an affair with Milliken's wife.

Kim asks Tony to promise that he'll do whatever it takes to make sure Nina is punished for violating the terms of her presidential pardon. Tony says he'll do what he can once they have the virus. Chloe calls Kim and asks her to come help her with something. It turns out that Chloe needs Kim to watch her baby while she goes to Com 1.

Nina warns Ramon that Jack is setting him up and that he still works wit CTU. Ramon is having none of it, telling Nina that they already checked Jack out and to stop trying to undermine their deal. Nina's phone rings and Jack puts it on speaker while Ramon threatens her with a gun. Amador tells Nina to meet them at a mine in an hour and 10 minutes, where the exchange will take place. They hang up and Ramon tells Jack they'll leave when Hector arrives.

Amador puts the cylinder containing the virus into his car. He makes a call and speaks in Russian, telling someone that the exchange will take place within the hour.

Adam continues to monitor Amador's movements. Gael asks why they can't just take Amador into custody since they know he has the virus. Tony says that they have to wait until the meeting to be sure they get visual confirmation of the virus before they move in. Gael worries that Jack won't be able to get word to them since the Salazars are watching him closely, but Tony is confident that Jack will find a way to let them know what's happening.



11:43 P.M.-11:50 P.M.: Wayne tells Palmer that they should alert the Mexican government about the operation that CTU is running in their country. Before Palmer can act, he gets a call from Milliken who tells Palmer to pull his "psychopathic ex-wife" off him. Palmer tells Milliken to back off or he'll take the consequences. Palmer hangs up and tells Wayne that he knows Milliken is scared, but Wayne knows that's when he's at his most dangerous. Palmer goes into Sherry's office to warn her about Milliken's threat and overhears her talking to someone on the phone about Chagrin Falls. Palmer asks her what its about, but Sherry doesn't want to tell him yet.

Hector finds Jack, Ramon and Nina in the church. He is still upset about Claudia's death and wants to call off the deal. Ramon refuses, saying they would lose face with their buyers. The two brothers argue and Jack takes the opportunity to call CTU on a cell phone. Jack uses the cell phone as a one-way and Tony and Michelle listen in as Jack mentions the location of the place where the virus exchange will take place. Ramon asks for the phone and Jack hangs up on CTU, but they've heard enough to send the Delta team in for the meet.

Gael calls Chase's team with the location of the exchange. Chase worries that the team won't be close enough to determine when the virus will be in play. The captain tells Chase they are planning to send in one forward observer who will signal them when they have the virus, and Chase volunteers to do it.

Hector is still worried about the deal and agaoin tells Ramon they should call it off. Hector thinks Chase will bring CTU into the deal now that he's escaped. Ramon reminds Hector that he was the one who was in favor of the deal in the first place and now it's too late to stop it. Jack loads Nina into the car and they leave.



11:54 P.M.-12:00 A.M.: Chloe comes back to her desk to find her baby crying. She accuses Kim of doing something to the baby. Chappelle overhears the baby crying and tells Chloe that she's out of there. Michelle tells Chappelle that they need Chloe for the audio feed in Mexico and that they should deal with her childcare problems another day. Chappelle orders Kim to take care of the baby.

Chase suits up in camouflage gear. The captain tells him that it will take 90 seconds for the Delta team to arrive once he confirms the virus.

Jack and the Salazars arrive at the farmhouse where Hector's guards are stationed. Ramon and Hector begin to argue again about the deal. Hector becomes angry and says the deal is over. He orders his guards to leave and starts to walk away. Ramon yells at Hector, then raises his gun and shoots his brother in the back.
