Sure, everybody's in love with the twist at the end, but I must first go over the rest of the episode.Let's see, Gael is (rather quickly) captured and tortured, Anne gets a chance to clear Palmer's name, and Chase visits Hector's accountant in a painfully artificial plotline. And Tony hauls himself out of the hospital and back to CTU not an hour after surgery. Yeah, I underwent a septoplasty once. The dizzying anesthesia effects didn't wear off until about three or four days afterward. Yet this guy manages to walk around just fine after having a freakin' bullet removed from his freakin' neck. Must be a badass.No, the great parts consist of the action on the plane, where Ramon tries to resist the urge to kill Jack, and Jack eventually gains the upper hand.However, it's the outlandish climactic twist that had everybody jumping up and down screaming and chaotically ripping their hair out. Why does Tony trot into CTU and order Gael's torture stopped? Why does Hector give Jack an affectionate hug after the landing? Why does Jack activate a transponder and give CTU his location? Why does the Palmer storyline suck so hard this season? It's completely confusing and nonsensical, but since this is "24," I'll take that twist over "Law & Order" any hour of the day.Hourly Highlight:Jack killing that moron Pedro.moreless

Solid with a Nice Turning Point!!!

Logic/Details - » The objective for this episode is to surprise the audience in a way that everyone would be surprised. This happens because the producers changed their last plan for this season and you can feel the changes in this episode, at least is for the better.

The objective for this episode is to make Jack arrive and meet Ramon, Caught Gael and make Tony returns and make Chase pursuit Jack. The writers continue to be creative and done a good time management with them all, so the episode feel like a lot is happening, even if Jack management feels like a pure filler until the last scene.

Progress -» Jack finally meet with Ramon, Tony is back, Gael was caught, Kim is free and a turning point that turn the table. The first Phase of Palmer Administration Plot is near it is end.

Emotions/Stimulation/Highlights -» Even if was filler, Jack impossible situation is interesting and creates curiosity. How Kim was found was nice to see, gael caught so early was a surprise, but a shocking surprise is when Jack meets Ramon. The rest is details. Ending - » Great way to end things and make the Audience speculate.

Overall - » Good details, good time and scenes management, makes this episode deserves at least a 8.moreless

The truth is out.. at least part of it

So the truth is out at the end of the episode, at least for some part of it.

We have some exciting moments on the plain where Jack is some moments ago of being killed but he manages to work it out. And in the end it looks like he did as it was planned all along. Only Chase it the flaw in that plan at the moment as he is going to after Jack on his own.

The Kim storyline was great. The way Gail tried to keep her contained and those little hints.. Adam calling her and then the room and then Gail trying to get away.

And Tony - he just cannot stay away, does he. And what kind of revelation he offers us. Wow..moreless

A GREAT episode but... wtf?

I've enjoyed the last two episodes, its been really exciting to watch since Jack broke Salazar out of prison. This episode is pretty good too, even though the stuff with Jack on the plane with Salazar and his goons is a bit of a filler until right at the end. The twist is like wtf? I must say, I didn't get it at all!! until I watched the next episode. So if you don't watch the next episode straight after this one, you'll just end up wondering what the hell is going on.

CTU was very good in this episode. I liked the stuff with Gael, he was pretty much a goner throughout the episode so it was only a matter of time until he got caught out. It was also a great moment when Tony randomly came back to CTU.

Overall, there are many questions to be answered in this episode. Why didn't Gael say anything about the undercover mission to his colleages after he got found out? Why did Gael go to the extreme and tie up Kim? What will Jack gain by going back undercover with the Salazars?

To say that I am confused would be a major understatement. According to what Tony said it now is a little weird that Tony, Jack, and Gael have been working with one another all along to try and get back undercover with Ramon and the Salazar’s. You would have though Tony would have put Gael in a safe location where he would have been able to work without the possibility of being detected. Granted there was a bio threat in the same day, but if today was supposed to be the day that this all happened I question why it Gael wasn’t further protected. Anyways - Chapelle trying to get out Gael was awesome. I continue to love Chapelle character and think he is one of the best Division leaders that the show could have put in. Jack had a filler part to this episode, with him being held hostage on the plane. The next episode should be really interesting - with Jack and Hector explaining what’s going on to Ramon as well as the presidents girlfriend, Ann, meeting with her ex husband to talk about the situation that they are involved in. What CTU is going to do now I don’t know, but next week looks to be information super loaded...moreless
