In the opening "Previously" scenes, there's a line of dialogue spoken by Jack to Audrey - "It happened so fast, (Paul) was hit before I could do anything." - that he never said in any previous episode.
-
Also in the opening "Previouslies," Marwan says, "You've caused me a lot of trouble, Mr. Bauer." But in the previous episode with this scene, Marwan didn't say "Mr. Bauer" at the end.

The missing person report shows that the pilot's family has been missing for two hours. But..they were alive less then two hours ago. So when did the relative stop by and discover them missing as Marwan stated earlier?

How does Audrey know who Chloe is? Chloe was fired before Audrey arrived there, and there's no reasonable explanation for why they would have been introduced before, or time for an off-screen moment. But here they just start calling each other by first name.

Curtis places the tracking watch on Behrooz's left hand, but when they show it on the computer the signal is flashing from his right hand.

Real-time goof: The episode begins with CTU hearing that Dina's dead body has been found. Dina was killed at about 8:57 P.M. CTU got this report at 9:01 P.M. That would mean that in the span of four minutes the terrorists put Dina's body in a van, hid the van somewhere, left the spot of the hiding, the van was found by the police and the report reached CTU. It is very unlikely all of those events could transpire in so short a time.

Chloe is asked to verify Marwan's voice from the phone call CTU receives. At the meeting, Chloe states: 'I was able to get some voice memos from McLennon-Forster, the voiceprint matched. It was Marwan's.'
McLennon-Forster set off an EMP a few hours ago which was intended to wipe out all their electronic information in order to get rid of any incriminating evidence, which would include anything relating to Marwan. So how the heck did Chloe, who just got back into her office, get his voice memo from MF?
