  • >Jack is be

Jack is betrayed by Heller not for the first time and certainly not tfor the last time. Heller almost killed jack a few times over the years. Still dont understand how Jack could respect him. Audrey is drawn between them, another amazing episode.
  • Van Nuys Airport Revisited

Buchanan reenters the picture and takes Wayne to a safe place where he'll stay hidden for the rest of the season. With that taken care of, Jack returns to Van Nuys Airport (he was there earlier to arrest Collette Stenger, yes?) to give the recording to Secretary Heller. 'Course, this show's name isn't "18." So be it—Heller punches Jack. Which means he's in on the whole thing? Nah, though that might be cool; he just wants to prevent a political scandal and get Logan to step down quietly. This ticks Jack off.Now it's Chloe's turn to escape the DHS-possessed CTU. Chloe working outside for once and holing up with Buchanan is a nice way to progress the various storylines. And while Heller's away, Henderson visits Jack and Audrey. In the end, it all backfires on Heller and gets him fired. I actually found this a clever utilization of the character, for some reason.Aaron disa-Pierce. See what I did there?Like Suvarov, I would've liked to see Gardner return and do something important in the final hours of the season, but his sole role was nothing more than red herring. Fancy that. Well, you don't have to fancy it, but in any case, we won't be seeing him again.Final note: what is this, the Brady Bunch?Hourly Highlight:Henderson "meets Jack halfway" (all for nothing, though!).moreless
  • This episode shows that 24 can keep with shows like Prison break, the situation continues to be interesting like it was in season 2, just because this tape.

What I liked -» Heller attitude was realistic. One more confrontation between Henderson and Jack, also the confrontation between Heller and Logan. Aaron status is mystery right now. Liked the fact the every character had their time on screen, refreshing the screen, that was entertaining and interesting.

What I Didn´t Liked -» Hard to say.

Action - » (9/10). Another Gun fight here, 24 usual quality in action.

Drama - » Didn´t notice any drama on screen Suspense/Tension - » (9/10). You are going to catch a fright in one scene by the end of this episode.

Surprises/Shocks - » (8/10). Heller actions caught me by surprise.

Time and Scene Management - » (10/10). This time, refreshing the screen with multiple threads was nice and made very hard to notice any scene that was filler.

Plot Details/Holes- » (9/10). I didn´t notice any plot holes, the writers managed all the situation around the tape very well.

Beginning - » (9/10). The presentation phase ends when Heller take an attitude. Nice way to start a complication.

Complication Phase - » (10/10). This is the type of complication that can end thing’s for sure. Unfortunately this isn´t the end of the season, so…

Climax - » (9/10). Very well done, when Jack and Audrey had their confrontation.

Ending - » (7/10). The usual ending, things continues to be complicated.

  • That was brutal..

Oh.. I usually have no problem with the violence they have in 24.. but the thing with Audrey.. that was quite brutal and I most say hard to watch..

Ok, this episode can have subtitle - everything going wrong, starting from Chloe falling into trap but she got out of CTU, then Jack losing the record to Heller and Heller going to president and oh.. everything there..

Jack and Audrey being captured by Audrey's own father - I did not saw that coming, I most say.. and Aaron going missing.. I hope he is fine.. people there are putting pieces together. Mike Novac, Aaron.. and I think vice president is getting his share of the truth too.. how long will all of this continue?moreless
  • Not much happened in this episode except that the president gets a slight upper hand.

Many of the episodes of 24 are able to push the story line further. However, this one started to drag quite a bit. It seems that for the last few episodes, they just realized they moved a little too fast and thus needed to slow down so as to get 24 episodes out of this season.

While it was nice, as always, to see the story progress, it has been lagging. This episode was also in keeping with the fact that at no point will I help Jack Bower out with anything he does. One poor henchman who decided to help Jack receives a bullet only seconds after deciding to change sides; a fine thank-you from the writers of the show.moreless
