During Lynn and Chloe's conversation (when Edgar intervenes to inform the number of the container), when the camera is faced to Lynn, he has a cup of coffee in his right hand. Then the camera switches to show Chloe and Lynn's back, and the cup is resting on the table. When the camera switches back to Lynn, the cup is again in his right hand.
The name of the character in charge of securing the nerve gas is Agent Finn. This is the same name of a character from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which David Fury also wrote for.
Jack's cell phone changes in this episode. From the appearance, it may be a blue RAZR phone by Motorola. This is the third type of phone we have seen Jack use this season.
Martha: How'd this happen?
Evelyn: What's that, Mrs. Logan?
Martha: Charles and me. I was his confidant. All those years in Congress, my opinion was the one that mattered most to him. Now, I'm less than an afterthought.
Martha: I'm being confined to a psychiatric ward, Evelyn. I don't think there are gonna be any black tie events.
McGill: But I'm not about to start considering disobeying a direct order from the White House!
Buchanan: That's because you don't have the experience to know any better.
Cummings: Erwich listen, we can negotiate something.
Erwich: I don't negotiate with my enemies. I eliminate them.
Audrey: Is it true what she told me?
Jack: What?
Audrey: That you still love me.
Jack: (pause) I never stopped loving you. Not for one second.
Jack: I'm done talking with you, you understand me? Now you read my file. First thing I'm gonna do is take out your right eye, then I'ma move over to your left, and then I'm gonna cut you, and I'm gonna keep cutting at you until I get the information that I need. Do you understand me??
