- During Lynn and Chloe's conversation (when Edgar intervenes to inform the number of the container), when the camera is faced to Lynn, he has a cup of coffee in his right hand. Then the camera switches to show Chloe and Lynn's back, and the cup is resting on the table. When the camera switches back to Lynn, the cup is again in his right hand.

- The name of the character in charge of securing the nerve gas is Agent Finn. This is the same name of a character from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which David Fury also wrote for.

- In 2006, 24 received its fifth consecutive nomination for 'Best Dramatic Series' from the Emmy voters. The producers submitted the first six episodes from the fifth season for consideration. 24 subsequently won the Emmy at the 58th annual Emmy Awards ceremony.
