CTU reflects on Milo. The Chinese takes Josh to the sewers. Marilyn panics. The Chinese ask Jack to calm her down.



The Chinese take CTU to a safe room, dividing them into two groups. Jack and Nadia plan an escape. Jack takes out two men. Nadia attacks. Jack manages to kill another group. He chokes someone and breaks his neck. Doyle suddenly arrives and takes out the man who was trying to kill Nadia. Morris also fights by suffocating someone.



Nadia tells Doyle about Milo's death. Chloe compliments her bravery.



Jack, Doyle and a group of agents follow Josh to the sewer system.



Josh is taken to Cheng. Cheng calls Phillip, who asks to talk to Josh. Phillip asks forgiveness, but Josh doesn't forgive him. Phillip explains that he will take Josh to China. He says Josh deserves a better future.



Jack closes in. Josh is hesitant to meet Phillip. Jack manages to take out a van. A gunfight occurs. Jack follows Josh, asking Doyle to cover him. Jack manages to reach Cheng, since Josh kicks Cheng. Jack holds up Cheng, but Josh asks help as he is about to fall. Cheng uses that advantage and escapes without Josh. Josh says that Cheng made him talk to grandpa. He also says that he was his legacy.



Karen talks with Daniels. She says that the Russians are closing in the base. Karen asks about Tom, and Daniels explains that Lisa was having a relationship with a Russian spy. He explains that Tom took Lisa back to Mark to send false information that might soothe the Russians. He says that he and Lisa also had a relationship.



Tom grows impatient. He is relieved to see that Lisa and Mark stopped having a lovemaking session. Mark asks Lisa in a suspicious attitude.



Mark heads for Lisa's PDA to send the e-mails to the Russians, but hesitates. Tom panics. Mark prepares a glass of wine and asks if Lisa wants some. She agrees and Mark asks why Lisa is asking so strange. Lisa then suddenly hits Mark's head with the wine bottle and slaps him. He punches her, but she grabs a lamp and hits Mark three times, but Mark chokes Lisa. She loses consciousness as Tom and his team enters the room.



Tom explains about the operation. He reasons with him to send the e-mails.



Cheng calls Phillip and says that Josh is gone. Phillip says that he will not give the component if there is no Josh.



A group of Division people arrive. The man says he is Ben Kram. He explains Nadia's incapacities. She takes him to the conference room to work in.



Morris tries to explain Nadia that it wasn't her fault that Milo's dead, but she admits it really was her fault and she was just afraid. Milo was just brave. He wanted Nadia to stay in charge.



Tom calls Daniels. He says that the e-mails with false information has been sent to the Russians. Tom says Lisa was injured. She lost oxygen to the brain due to Mark's strangling. Daniels scolds him and hangs up. Karen says that Daniels still has feelings for Lisa, but they still have Suvarov to take care of.



Doyle says Cheng is gone. Jack and Marilyn talks. He explains that Phillip wanted Josh. He was his legacy.



Marilyn talks to Josh. They have an emotional conversation. Jack takes Josh away.



Daniels talks to Suvarov. Daniels says that the component was destroyed when they attacked the Chinese. But Suvarov knows that Mark was coerced. Daniels panics. Suvarov goes angry and threatens them with a military strike.



Now Daniels has to get back the component in two hours or else they will be attacked by the Russians.



Phillip calls Tom. Daniels talks to him. Phillip says he wants Josh and free transport to any country he wants. He is trading it for the circuit board. Daniels makes a terrible choice to go through the exchange.



Karen tries to stop Daniels, but Tom backs Daniels' side.



Jack takes a call. Doyle suddenly takes Josh. Josh asks for help. Jack runs to Josh, but he is restrained. Doyle takes Josh to a helicopter.



Jack is now in custody. Josh is taken to the exchange site.
