Yes, I just made a James Cromwell character reference and I feel quite ashamed.
Instead of a satisfying and prolonged battle, Cheng's remaining commandos are dispatched in about a minute, and Jack's free to go save Josh from Cheng's clutches. Which also happens pretty quickly and renders the previous episode rather useless (thank you again, spontaneity). Back where they started, Cheng and Phillip get into an argument—which the writers will naturally ignore later—and the latter calls the White House to carry out his own Josh-napping plan.
Right on time, too; the sting operation turns out to have been a TOTAL waste of time and paper. As a last-ditch effort to fuse the CTU and White House storylines together for season's end, Phillip offers to hand over the component in return for Josh. Since the Russians aren't backing down, why not seize this opportunity to catalyze the events of the hopefully exciting finale hours?
At least more exciting than the current one. What we get here are an okay shootout, an okay chase scene, some student film-esque fight choreography, and lotsa narrative meandering. I can stand the "evil dad" angle, and I'll tolerate the "must save important teenager" scenario, but next time there's potential wackiness like this lying around, they should try boosting the pace like crazy. I might not always be so forgiving.

So.. most of the episode we do cleaning ups for previous ones and to be honest, there are just so many "just talk" parts what can be fast fowarded without loosing much.

I most say I like the whole story development with Josh - his grandfather did not manage to work it out with chinese so now he tries it with USA government. And it looks like they are going this way as it is their only way out of this mess.

Other than that - the same thing as always - things are too predictable, they never work out - the whole undercover thing with that woman - ended quite the same way expected and of course russians did not bought those lies.

This episode i felt had something missing, although it did proved the necessary action and unpredictability, not to speak of the unexpected turns of event...The siege on CTU is broken, thanks to Jack...i must say that the way in which it was done seemed to me a little simplest...Jack manage to easily to neutralize the Chinese commando...Jack goes after Josh and Cheng and manages to recover the first...The operation to make the Russians believe that the component has been recovered fails, so the VP has no choice bu to surrender Jash to Phillip in exchange for the component...The Russian president gives them 2 hours to recover the component so Phillip Bauer is their only chance.
  • Hey guys, look! Phillip's back! ...yeah, I don't really care either.

    Hm. What to say here?

Well, this one was better than last week's abysmal excuse for an "episode" - although one has to admit that there was a lot of room for improvement after last week.

The main plot had such potential to be interesting. Keep the focus on Cheng and Jack, and Jack's desire to both fix his previous "mistake" (although it wasn't REALLY a mistake) and to exact revenge on the man who hounded him and tortured him for years, and you've got some halfway decent character drama there. You might even be able to justify the invasion into CTU if you say the mercenaries were going after Morris - because you draw some interesting parallels to earlier in the season with that.

But is that what happens here? No. Cheng is suddenly bumped back to bit player here in favor of the perennially boring Phillip Bauer. This season has done nothing to make me care about Phillip, Graem, Josh, or Marilyn Bauer, and I've gotten the feeling that a lot of other people agree with that sentiment. If that's the case, why bring back the Bauer Family Drama on full-burn for the last three episodes of an already floundering season? What happens here with Cheng and Phillip is kind of the same thing the writers did with Fayed and Gredenko earlier in the year. Fayed is set up as a big, semi-personal villain for Jack to take down, but as soon as Gredenko shows up Fayed is suddenly pushed to the sidelines. Even though he's still an important player, all of the attention is on Gredenko. That's what's happening here, methinks.

That said, this episode wasn't all bad. As previously stated, definitely not as bad as last episode.

I've been saying for a few episodes now that I'm not really into all of the inter-personal drama within the CTU staff this year, and this episode is no different. As I suspected, Milo's death is pretty much used only to make Nadia feel as bad as she possibly can, but given the way Milo's death was pretty much void of any kind of real meaning, her grief doesn't work as well as the writers hope it does.

The presidential stuff this week is kind of interesting, if only because it gives Tom Lennox some more story to chew on. I've got to say of all of the insane missteps this year has taken, the writers have really done a good job of taking Tom Lennox - a character who was originally nothing more than a charicature of an extreme neo-con - and making him interesting and dare I say likeable. However the writers decide to overhaul the show next year (thank goodness), I hope that Lennox stays on board (that is, if they keep the presidential stuff around). That said, all of the rest is kind of ho-hum. I've warmed to Daniels as President now that he's not a blatant villain anymore, but I'm not finding all of this stuff with Lisa Miller all that interesting this week. Previous weeks yes, but this time not so much.

And seriously now - WHY isn't someone placing any blame on China? For real? This is bothering me beyond belief, and it takes any kind of credibility or believability out of the Daniels/Suvarov scenes. Next up: Season finale. Whoo-hoo?

I really hope they change alot of things next season like they have been saying. If not next will season will almost definitely have

    a. a spy inside government/ctu

    b. someone from division who will take control of ctu of review the sitution (and that person will be an ass)

and many other things that happen every season on 24.

This episode really had no tension what so ever, it just feels bland and emotionless (Mylo was killed infront of everyone and then everyone went back to business)

Marilyn and Josh are also terrible characters and bad actors aswell. I would like to see the combo of Jack and Mike together next season they seem to play well off each other and are pretty with a gun. Hopefully the finale will be a good episode, considering for the last few episodes the show has dragged and has been very dull and repetitive.

CTU is under attacked, the chinese mercenaries have taken Josh and they are going to take him to his grandfather. Jack overpowers a chinese mercenary with the help of nadia. Doyle arrives at CTU just in time to assist Jack. Jack goes after Cheng and gets Josh back. This causes Philip Bauer from canceling his contract with Cheng. This episode is really exciting, it's nerve wracking, bad stuff are happening around Jack. Things are happening all at once. The action scenes are done really well, the plotline is so engaging. I just can't wait for the next 2 hours, it's awesome.

Repetition and Familiarity are pulling 24 down fast and unless the writers do something fast to stall this downfall 24 will never even have a day 8 despite the contract. Today's episode would have been great in some other season but not this time.It was as if you were watching a motley mix of episdoes from the past 5 seasons.Just too painful to watch. The writers still have the chance to salvage the show. Here is what they could do 1)A stunning finale.24 has been famous for its finales adn I expect nothing less this time.I know the circumstances leading into the finale aren't really exciting but nonetheless its a finale after all.

2)Change the Lead Character.Kiefer is great. There are no 2 ways about it.This guy is probably the biggest reason 24 is so popular. He breathes the character. However its getting all too familiar. For eg:- In today's show the manner in which he questioned josh about details of his grandfather, you could not but feel a sense of deja vu.Bauer has god stale. He is still good but not good enough. If this show wants to get better it needs to bump of jack or atleast change his role .How long will he keep saving America from Terrorists? 3)Change the location. Another disadvantage of lost. The viewers have just got too sick of watching los angeles. Why can't they move out of USA.Probably have a global scenario thats really global in nature.Make Jack a CIA agent of something and send him to china or middle east may be.I don't think the producers of 24 are really short on budget.

4)Get in better actors.24 has had some great actors in the past but this season has been painful.Milo,Nadia,Doyle,Josh,Tom Linnox and even Chloe are painful to watch. We need guys like tony back. Even veterance like cromwell can't make up for the poor acting by others.Come on guys you could do better

5)Finally I think we need to have more plausibility in 24.All important decisions seem to be debated only by the NSA,President and the chief of staff. What bout the secretary of state.Isn't he important? Isn't he involved in important decision making processes?

24 has many more problems but these are the obvious ones.Try solving these and we can hope to see the show back on top.
  • A desperate and unnecssary add-on that makes the show painfully crawl towards it's "climactic" ending.

    6.8
    "Fair"
The action sequence between Jack and the Cheng was pointless and seemed to be an obvious filler. It ended with no one but a couple of the Cheng's men dead, and it was such a disappointment to watch Jack corner the Cheng, only to have Jack look away for a second and a half and have the Cheng disappear. Hullo? Are we THAT short on ideas?

What? Grandpappies wants Josh to go to Chinaland with him where they can live a life full of peacefulness? This had better unfold into something bigger, or this may be one of the stupidest "emotional" plots the writers have ever produced.

You could've seen Lisa's outburst seasons away...or rather, FIVE seasons away. That's right--that same spy plot from Season One not only came back, but ended the same way as well.

Sure, building up to the finale is fine, but are we really willing to suck the action out of the episode before the finale? I want to actually feel like watching the finale, thank you very much. This filler doesn't help.

Plot: Jack retakes CTU and rescues Josh in his spare time. Phillip Bauer has an unhealthy obsession with his grandson. President Daniels is the worst poker player ever and should stay away from Russian roulette. Lisa really sucks in the sack.

Well it's a lot better than last week. Now what could be the cause of that? I think it must have something to do with not focusing on stupid sub characters that nobody gives an F about. I wish Asian Bauer had managed to put a round through Morris's head as well before Jack choked the life out of him. After retaking CTU, Doyle notes that with Milo dead nobody stands between him and Nadia. Except for division! Who the hell are these douche bags and why do they always show up in the middle of a crisis? Granted, CTU has some serious security issues, what with the constant moles, attacks, and extremely high employee mortality rate, but do these guys have to be so smug about everything? Nadia should pump some of that left over nerve gas from season five into the conference room and be done with them. There probably wasn't enough left though, it took a dose big enough to take down an elephant to finish off Edgar.

Cheng and the rest of his henchmen are on the run from a vengeful Jack. Phillip has a deal with Cheng to exchange safe passage for Josh and himself to China in exchange for the repaired circuit board. A dubious deal if you ask me. It isn't like he can run to the US embassy for help should Cheng decide to renege. I don't know why Phillip is so into Josh and his legacy. He should just give up and adopt. I hear they are practically giving babies away in China.

Lisa and her commie friend are busy making some babies of their own. Maybe it was know that a van full of secret service was watching, but Lisa just didn’t perform well. The Russian figures things out and practically strangles her to death before he is apprehended. There is a lot of strangling in this show. Tom convinces him to send the false message to the Russians and the President calls them tell them the good news. The following paragraph is brought to you by Cisco systems. The Russians must be getting a little sick of us by now. First, Logan tries to have him killed, then we assault their embassy, and now we are just blatantly lying to them. Unfortunately, the Russians are aware that we are lying and embarrassingly call the President out. Awkward! We now have conveniently two hours left before the Russians attack.

Parting Thought: For God’s sake Lisa, don’t just lie there! Move around a little.

  • Average episode leading into a good finale.

A good episode but not the greatest. It should lead into a great final for 24 yet again. First thing the Lisa Miller storyline is very bad. It serves more purpose and I would rather just watch Jck and CTU find Phillip then watch Lisa and her boyfriend do their thing together. Jack yet agains saves the day when he stopped the Chinese but I don't get how Nadia Yassir could hold off a chinese mercenary anyway they escaped but then again Cheng just slips out of Jack's grasp when he looks down for one second. I don;t understand that either. Looks like a great finale with Bill coming back in the previews and a lot of speculation about a great a suprising finale.
  • The only reason this episode scored a 7 instead of a 5 for me is because of Tom Lennox's line "...And finally, we're done!".

This episode is a continuation of the standard that is "Season 6".

Almost immediately the events of the previous episode were taken care of, Jack takes care of the situation as always. This scene would have been great, if the reason and sequence of events that lead to this situation in the first place weren't so awfully panned out!

The repeat of Palmer's mole from season 1 in this season ended almost the exact same way, she couldnt cope and attacked him...

As soon as District arrived at CTU, they started giving out obvious hints and reasons for the "bringing back of Bill Buchanan", mark my words he'll be back next week.

The ending to the episode, again, would have been good IF Josh wasn't some weiner kid that Jack hasn't seen or spoken to for years up until this day. Previously it seemed like they weren't that close, but Jack was yelling after Josh and trying to get him back as if he were Tony Almeida! or Audrey! His efforts just seemed so forced.

I hope Season 6 regains some dignity in the finale next week.
  • Not bad, but they have to stop repeat themselfs. This is killing the series.

    Sorry about the english...

Overall it was a good episode and shows, like the last episodes, what this season could be if they had decided to follow a different line from the beggining, instead of a plot that we already saw 4 times before.

But the repetition still stands here and there. The scene in that apartment between Lisa (is Lisa right? Noah assistant) and that spy she was dating, from beggining till end was IDENTICAL than Palmer's assistant and Alexis Drazen, back in SEASON 1. In fact, the entire situation (politician assistent involded with a bad guy without her know anything about it) is the same. This season already have other examples of repetition (besides the entire plot). This have to stop this now!

I didn't like the conclusion of CTU's invasion too. Looked so quick and artificial. Amazing how the creators come up with extreme situations just to solve them in a blink of an eye. They could do more with this invasion than just an excuse to kill Milo off (I know it wasn't but in the end, looks like it was).

But despite that, I still have faith in the series. I don't know for how long though.

Jack and Nadia attempt to stop their captors at CTU and Dole comes in with his team and they succeed. Then they go after Josh and rescue him, finding out that Jack's father was behind his kidnapping. Cheng gets away and the vice president is forced into taking decisive action to get the component. Overall, the episode was more of a filler and set up what was to come. It ended with Josh being taken by Dole, presumably to his grandfather for a trade off. There were a few major action scenes, but nothing special. Again, it was just setting up and the finale is looking to be very good.
  • Overall, this episode plays like a transitional installment, which feels less like a measured development towards a palpable goal and more like a waste of precious time.

    "Fair"
With the return of Philip Bauer, the opportunity exists for the writers to bring resolution to a number of the lingering plot threads from much earlier in the season. There’s not a lot of time for it, but the opportunity is there, nonetheless. One big question, for instance, is Philip’s motivation beyond protecting his own business interests. His connection to Cheng is another element that could help expose the truth behind Jack’s release at the beginning of the season.

The retaking of CTU is a nice hand-to-hand struggle, though it mostly serves to gloss over the complication of putting Jack back into the field. Doyle is technically in command, which continues to place him in Jack’s usual role. In essence, Jack is still not himself again. As hinted earlier in the season, taking down his father might be the only way for Jack to overcome his psychological issues and return to his heroic stature.

That’s just the beginning of the action, though, as Jack races to save Josh. Philip’s motivations are clarified somewhat; he plays the best possible multinational angle for his business pursuits, and alliance with the Chinese is the best game in town, given his projections. This once again suggests connections that should have been made much earlier in the season.

Back at the White House, the sting operation with Lisa Miller plods along in the hopes of defusing an international incident, which is actually rather ironic, given Daniels’ previous activities. As far as Lisa’s concerned, she’s doing whatever it takes (for a rather long time, in fact) to make the operation work. All of this takes an inordinate amount of time, which could be better spent on other loose ends. This particular subplot all but destroyed the pacing and tension of the episode.

At CTU, despite some bad timing, Division comes down with exactly the right assessment of the situation. The circumstances at CTU were a complete embarrassment, long before Nadia was placed in charge, and the best thing she could do is leave well enough alone and hand over authority without argument.

The Russian president sets the timetable between this episode and the season finale, which comes down to the ability to recover the Russian circuit board from Cheng and deliver ample proof. This gives the writers two more episodes to put together the right connections and make them amenable. Unfortunately, with the episode ending as it does, there’s little or no hope of that.

Well just finished episode 22 and have to say it was an excellent 42 minutes. The episode began with some great fight sequences which were very well preformed, Kiefer as usual always stands out but we also had Nadia and Morris showing how good they are too, personally they should have just got Chloe, she would have just talked to them about computers and they'd fall asleep. Next we were brought to a great sequence that involved Cheng and Jack, Jack had to rescue Josh, and in the process Cheng was able to escap. Then we were brought back to the Lisa Miller storyline, which for me was the highlight of the episode, great acting going on here, and the intensity built up during the sequence is very hard to handle. By the end of the episode we dont know where we are, but one things for sure, it dosent look good for VP Noah Daniels and his crew and the russian president figured out very easily the VP was lying to him about the americans have the circuit board in thier possession. Overall i find it very hard to fault this episode. Good acting, good strong solid writing, and a great lead in for the season finale, which i've seen the preview for, looks like we're in for a treat, Cant wait.
  • A very good episode.

So here we are, the last episode before the big two part final, and you know what this episode was pretty good. I thought most of this episode was great. It had many exciting moments and shocks. Definatly this episode proves that 24 is on track. I don't know why the episode score is not higher.

Anyway so Philip Bauer has offered the Vice Prsident a deal the question is will he take it. Its hard to believe we have only got two episodes left. I really hope they answer the questions raised this season. Like where is Bill? Will Audrey come back? I want to know. I think this episode is setting us up for a great season final. I can hardly wait.

For a few minutes, it reminded me of the good old 24 we used to know. Action taking place at many different locations and in parallel, that's how I love it. But let's do a reality check here: Noah was right, how senseless it is going to war over a circuitry? If the Chinese are so desperate to get those chips that they are invading a US agency with a complete army, why can't they steal some of those chips from Russia? And what if they get them, world war starts immediately? I guess not. The Russians would have plenty of time to change all of their codes, in fact, they could have done it already. If they can't, then it's really not the US's fault but it's their defense system that sucks. Most of the time I accept that their technical mumbo-jumbo is way too impossible in real life, but it's too much now.
  • This was better than previously

This was better than previously, it think this is an episode how 24 should be. Jack in revenge mode is the best! Cheng should have receive a Jack treatment. That he is just walking away is not good enough. I still mis David Palmer as president, he was the best. Dennis Haysbert is a great actor you know. Further this was the last episode before the finale so i hope they are going to do make this season at least average. It just seems that even seasons can't be superb. Season 4 was maybe even better than 6, probably also through the high expectations after 5
  • Jack and Doyle try to track down Cheng and his men. Phillip Bauer wants his grandson and will go to extreme lengths to get him.Plans at White House to fool the Russians don't quite exactly go as planned.

    7.5
    "Good"
A pretty decent episode that nicely sets up next week's 2 hour finale. A little far fetched (but hey its tv!) at the beginning how Morris and Nadia help to take out the Chinese mercenaries. Jack and Doyle then go after Cheng and his men. This leads to some exciting chase and fight scenes. For me my only real big complaint was how fast into the episode the CTU hostage was so quickly swepped away. Anyways Jack thinks he finally he has Cheng but his momentary distraction by saving Josh allows Cheng to get away. Phillip is not pleased with Cheng's failure so he decides the component is now his and is no longer working with the Chinese. Meanwhile in Washington Bishop finds out Lisa is spying on him and the two go at it until Lennox and Company step in to arrest Bishop. However the Russians have their man Bishop under surveillance and are not followed by the plan to make them think the Americans destroyed the component. Back in Los Angles Josh tells Jack he spoke with Phillip and why the Chinese wanted him. Jack and Josh are set to return to CTU however Doyle intercepts him and takes him with him. This being after Phillip calls and offers a trade Josh for the component and that he can leave and go to any country he wishes. All in all a pretty decent episode and the trailer looked good for the big finale next week.
  • been there, done that...but hopefully it's building to a good climax next week.

    8.5
    "Great"
I should say right off the bat that I agree with the other reviewers on this episode: the Lisa Miller storyline was pretty useless. It got us nowhere, except that it ended up proving that the Russians really are pretty eager to fight the Americans. Also, it's this storyline that has shown us that VP Daniels is not a bad guy. In fact, I'm starting to think he is a man of integrity, with the cojones to make those hard decisions. Since Wayne's collapse, and his second stint as acting President, he's shown a softer approach, perhaps because of the evidence against him, or perhaps he's come to understand that the job requires listening to advisors. Overall, I think this is one of the ways that 24 has always shone: first impressions of characters are almost never correct; they have a way of making "innocent" people end up evil, and vice versa.

Good action in this episode, a reasonable body count, and yet again, the bad guy gets away just at the right moment. I look forward to seeing what happens next week, and wonder who will give Daddy Bauer his comeuppance: Jack or Cheng.

    tick tock, tick tock...
  • It started out well enough...

    8.0
    "Great"
It started out great with Jack blowing away Chinese goons and finishing with a nicely done neck snapping. Then Jack rescues Josh but Cheng escapes. Then Jacks evil daddy (in real life he hates America - so I will love seeing Jack snuff him all the more) turned on the Chinese because Cheng couldnt deliver his grandson to him. After that it descended into the political stuff with Mark beating up Lisa putting her in the hospital after she flips out on him. It was all for nothing - the Russians were monitoring the while thing. Either CTU gets back the circuit board or its WAR! Yeah right. We all know it wont come to that. This whole Chinese plot chaps my caboose... say it should have ended withe Fayed chain hanging. 24 this season is clearly coasting into the finale. Im sure Jack will kill more Chinese and there will be some cool explosions but it wont save Day 6 from being rated the lowest by fans. Even mediocre 24 is better than reality show drivel thats so popular these days.

The worst part was Nadia getting raked over the coals by the investigators digging into the security breech. ZZZZZZZ Oh yeah, what ever happened to Logan?
  • Tom's idea in fooling the russians about having the component is about to be implemented. Jack and co are still held hostage at CTU.

    8.5
    "Great"
A good episode considering the mess they've made this season. But no matter what they do in the last 2 episodes i've got to say this is the season which I was least impressed with. Personally i'm not too excited as to what is going to happen in the two hour finale. I have started to like the formidable team the Vice President, Tom and Karen Hayes are beginning to build and I hope they carry it on to the next season and make something good of it but that will mean they'll have no plans in showing Wayne Palmer again. I'll make a point here, this is just my opinion others might disagree, I wasn't impressed with Wayne Palmer as President and when I say this I mean the acting or it could be the writers trying to portray the character as weak but the conclusion i've come to is that Wayne Palmer wasn't great as President and hope they don't continue with that angle again, David Palmer was much more convincing. Philip Bauer continues to impress in his villain status. The "taking out of the hostiles" scene was superb and Jack again was at his best. I just wished they had put some more of this with a good storyline then we would've all been smiling by now. The Lisa miller thing was ridiculous from the start. Why didn't they just storm into Mark's house or whatever his name is in the first place and force him to send the message to the Russians and to top it all it turned out to be for nothing. Well I guess they just wanted to keep us intrigued but they made it annoying at the end, its been done so many times this season. Judging by what happened in this episode the next two episodes are going to be enjoyable to watch, Jack is going to continue on his killing spree. I think there will be nothing else interesting to watch apart from this. Its all going to be about Jack stopping his father from handing over the component to the chinese.
  • Its all downhill from here (this review was meant for 11pm-12am. i dont know why it posted it on this episode.)

    4.5
    "Poor"
almost every season of 24 had their flaws but they were usually forgivable because everything else was sooo good and refreshingly new in a time when a good action tv show was needed. but now that its into season 6, i already feel like its been done already, it seems to have lost its novelty. the story isn't new and as tight anymore. its lost its flare.

in all honesty, i chuckled when i saw wayne palmer collapse. i truly felt that the writers just needed to add something in the end to make it a cliff hanger but i just laughed because it looked so ridiculous. this season is also lacking likable characters, i didnt feel any sympathy for wayne, at least not like i would if it was david palmer. i miss michelle desler, tony almeida, and heck even nina. im not particularly attached to any of the new characters such as nadia or mike doyle, perhaps in time i'll regard them with such nostalgia as i do with michelle desler. and oye, dont even get me started on audrey rain.

Ask me 17 minutes into the episode what I thought and I would have said my rating and classification for this episode would have been "Exactly why I watch this series". 17 minutes of Jack made the beginning of this episode some of the best scenes that we have seen all season, but the episode could not keep it together for the rest of the hour. The Lisa Miller storyline reminded me of the story earlier in the season inside of the muslim facility where the big plan that took up a lot of time ended up being all for nothing. I feel cheated that the last 2 episode focused so heavily on Lisa Miller and her involvement and in the end it got us nowhere. I thought the acting done by Lisa and the other male were decent, but nothing amazing that would ever make me want to watch any of those scenes again. Jack letting Cheng go seemed sort of our of characer too. You would have thought option one would have been to take Cheng out with a leg shot and then save Josh, not take his eye of Cheng and then lose him yet again...not to mention Cheng has put him through hell the past 20 months of his life. I thought that part was out of character for 24. In the end, the beginning was amazing but the last 43 minutes was filled with a white house stroyline that turned out to be for nothing, a repeated conversation with both presidents, and Nadia still feeling bad about herself. Phillip Bauers involvement is now interesting, hopefully the season ends strong with at least a 9+ rating here on tv.com.
  • With CTU in enemy hands and the component still at large, Jack Bauer and company set out to stop Cheng and get to the bottom of this conspiracy before all hell breaks out.

    *sigh*

There's only one more week of 24 left, and while many people have started to lose interest in the show, tonight's episode proves that, when done right, it is still one of the best programs on television.

We begin with the continuation of the CTU as hostage storyline. Yes, i know, it's been done before, but oddly, tonight felt different. We finally get to see Morris enact a little well deserved revenge, and Jack and Cheng meet face to face.

Overall, it's a very solid arc to the season finale and with the ideas of 'who's forcing Suberov into military action?' and 'What does Phillip Bauer have in mind with the component', next week looks like a very promising finish to what many consider a lackluster season.

    Here's hoping.
  • This may not have been the most exciting episode, but it sure was dramatic.

    "Perfect"
I know that people will probably think that this episode wasn't that great, but I feel like I could strongly argue that. This episode featured strong writing and it was chock-full of suspenseful dramatic conversations. Some of my highlights from the episode include

    Daniels talk with Suvarov

The scene between Lisa and the Russian spy

and of course, watching Nadia beat up a well-trained mercenary with an automatic rifle isn't that bad to watch either.

I hope that this episode is a sign of what could be one of the most dark and dramatic finales in 24 history. I hope it does because, even though I didn't think this season was bad, I want other people to think it was good so there can be more uncanceled 24!
