10:00PM – The peace treaty was passed with unanimous votes from the UN. The British envoy talks to President Taylor about Hassan's crackdown on his home country. President Taylor informs him that the crackdown is his response to his attempted assassination and the need to dismantle his nuclear arsenal.



10:02PM – Jack Bauer (Mier) has held Vladimir's man hostage as a result of his attempt to murder him. He updates Agent Cole Ortiz on his progress.

Arlo updates Bauer's progress to Dana Walsh. Dana is called on the phone by former boyfriend Kevin about the police heist.



10:05PM - Chloe calls Arlo and Dana on SAC (Special Agent in Charge) Brian Hastings' behalf for a progress report on Bauer's situation. Arlo continually tries to inform Chloe of Dana's erratic behavior on the job, but Chloe dismisses him due to his perceived attraction toward Dana.

Mier holds Vlad's man in anger about his attempted assassination. He demands of Vlad to speak with Renee alone. Renee assures Vlad that nothing's wrong. Jack demands of Renee to end her undercover operation. Renee protests and assures Jack that everything will be okay.



10:09PM - Dana calls Kevin to walk him through the heist at the police warehouse. The code to the warehouse is 1668. The alarm blares. Dana warns Kevin he only has 20 minutes to rob the warehouse. The code to the cargo is 14660. She directs Kevin to warehouse section 3101. The code is 2824. The men mistakenly go to 3110. Pin number is 4301. After finding the money, Dana warns Kevin he has less than 15 minutes.

At the warehouse, Kevin is happy and decides to leave. However, his partner has other ideas and decides to search the warehouse for more stolen police evidence.



10:16PM – Vladimir calls about the nuclear materials. He offers some vodka to Jack. It is clear to Jack that Vlad has personal feelings for Renee. Jack is disturbed by this and tells Vlad to work on securing the nuclear materials.



10:18PM – While Jack waits for word on the nuclear materials, Sergei Bazhaev brings Father Gregor and demands him to bury his murdered son Oleg behind the restaurant. He goes to the back of the cooler to see his other son, Josef mourning for Oleg. Josef is ashamed of his father for murdering Oleg in cold blood. Sergei reassures him that it was necessary to secure the nuclear materials deal and secure Josef's future for him and his family. Sergei asks Josef to help Father Gregor bury Oleg.



10:22PM – Vlad calls Sergei to inform him that Bauer and Walker are interested in purchasing Sergei's nuclear materials supplies. He informs Mier (Jack) that he is willing to deal, but Sergei refuses the offer. Vlad tries to convince Renee he's done all he can, but Renee appeals to his pride. Sergei now sees Vlad as a loose end. He orders a delivery man and Anton to divert the shipment off the road.



10:29PM – President Hassan is at his office reviewing his documents. President Taylor calls him to complete their meeting on the crackdown of his own country. She demands answers on his actions on his own country, despite telling UN delegates that he is doing what is best for the peace process. Hassan orders Tarin to arrest the delegate's family at home. Tarin refuses the order and Hassan understands. He asks Tarin to look through the files and make sure nothing is missed. After Tarin leaves, Hassan orders his other security officer to order the delegate's family arrested and interrogated. He also orders that Tarin's file be found and tampered with.



10:33PM – Kevin wants Nick to escape, but Nick decides to hold Kevin up at gunpoint. It turns out to be a water gun. The men discover that a police officer has arrived to make his rounds. Chloe updates Dana on the source of the Uranium trace found on the assassin. Kevin and Nick now have to sneak past the lone patrolman. As the men are ready to slip past unnoticed, Nick takes his bat and assaults the patrolman as Dana watches in anger and frustration. Kevin stops Nick before he kills him, and they escape.

10:40PM – Tarin goes to Kayla Hassan's apartment and embrace. He informs her of Omar's actions. Hassan's men followed him. Tarin surrenders himself to Hassan's men. Kayla protests and assures Tarin that he will listen to her.



10:43PM – Vlad tries to find nuclear arms for Mir, but fails. Renee persists Vlad and is desperate for him to deal. Vlad assaults Renee, but kills him with a knife in self defense. Jack tries to stop her, but in her fit of blind rage, she stabs Jack in the abdomen. Jack barely survives, throwing the knife at Vlad's partner. He takes Vlad's gun and kills his last henchmen. Renee kneels to the floor in a moment of mental breakdown. Jack embraces Renee and comforts her, despite having lost any possible chances to acquire the nuclear weapons.



10:50PM – Jack contacts CTU and updates him on Vlad's demise. He explains to Hastings that Renee killed him in self defense. Jack wants CTU to send forensics down to tear Vlad's hideout apart and go through the phone calls Vlad made. Renee is remorseful of what went down in the hideout. She believes that Jack is right about her mental condition and not being ready for undercover work. Renee no longer believes that she can do the work she was trained to do. Jack tries to comfort her, assuring her that they would not make it this far in their investigation without her help. He coaches her to let CTU know that she fought off Vlad in self defense.



10:53PM – Russians arrive at Vlad's hideout. Jack decides to let the Russians capture him. He tells Renee to hide and inform CTU to track him when he is taken. He tries to convince the Russians that he was ripped off and wants to continue the deal. The Russians take him hostage. Renee looks on from her hiding spot. A soldier looks more closely, but is ordered to leave in time.



10:59PM - Kevin and Nick celebrate as they drive away while Cole Ortiz and a CTU unit arrive at the hideout. Ortiz sends video footage of Vlad's hideout to CTU NY. Renee appears and informs the team that Jack is being taken. Jack is escorted to a black van and they drive away.
