The way Tony died seemed very sudden and the that he didn't receive the silent clock, makes it believe that he could possibly to hospitalised and a twist for Season 6. What do you think???

No, and neither is Michelle, Teri, Nina, Palmer, Claudia, Jonathan Wallace, or Walt Cummings.  But, unfortunately, Audrey still is...

I think Tony didn't get the silent clock because it was more of a dark moment than a sad moment(if that makes sense). Bauer declared him dead, so that's good enough for me.

Obviously for some people it is clear that they have to be dead, like Nina, Ryan and David. Tony's case the injection may have been lethal, but he could have survived

Tony in 150% dead and buried. Howard Gordon mentioned last season that he regretted giving Tony such a crappy death scene.

in the episode no one said that tony was dead, but i think it was implied, but what i am trying to figure out what he died of, was it an overdose of that torture medicine crap that CTU use, if so, it is quite unrelestic, seeing the fact that henderson didnt die from it it and he had a lot more of it than tony.

or did tony die because the siringe (sp) cut an artery or somthing.

or finaly, did he die of a broken heart?

he died of an overdose thing. apparently if u take too much of that stuff u die. like jack in season 2 u know the beroglide thing where it collapses his lungs, they say that if he takes too much he will actually die very very very slowly and the thug gets injected with it and jack does a mercy killin. so the same thing with the stuff that tony had. he had too many in one go.

But remember that Tony had the shot straight to the heart, the substance damaged the heart, plus the efects in his body... he's death.

Yeah Kim Raver confirmed it in an interview posted on her spot here on TV.com.  She said that they tried to throw a good-bye party for him but no one, not even the ones who decided to take him off the show, couldn't handle seeing him go.

Well that would give Mr. Gordon a damn good reason to bring Almeida back then, wouldn't it.

If you think about it would easily work.  Half of the fans of 24 still believe he is alive and the other half love the character so much they would just be happy to see him again.

Maybe bringing him back would not make all of the sense in the world but it could be explained with a decent excuse. I mean, really, think about some of the ridiculous twists they have done already that made no sense.  I would love to see Tony return and so would all of the 24 fans. They should have never killed him off in the first place.

True, is it possible there have been some stupid twists, like when Nina and President Logan went evil.

Tony Almeida looks pretty much dead, his death scene implied that clearly.

    Check out this link here:

These were taken on the set of 24 about a week ago. They are from season 6 (note the new colored tables and such). Check out the last photo, and see who's standing there. Maybe Carlos is just there visiting, or he's a producer or something, but he's there on the set.

I mean I'm not in denial about his death, i just thought it was pretty insignificant. I mean he was a main character and in every season, if Jack dies it will be a big deal and go out a hero. Tony, didn't go out a hero, it was more like his own stupidity that he died.

Yes! He didnt get a silent clock like everyone else, We dont know if it was just like water coming out of the needle or something that could only kill henderson because he was on so many drugs and whatnot already plus everyone thought jack died in half way thru episode 24 season 4 as well...
