This program ends with Kathy saying, "The Bloodhound Gang" will return next week with another mystery." This was clearly intended for the reruns of 3-2-1 Contact from the first three seasons (counting this one). The show's first week of programs in the fourth season had no Bloodhound Gang.

One of the University of Pennsylvania doctors uses the word "strongest" in a comparison of only two odors. Of course, the correct word is "stronger," and the CTW content advisors should have pressed for a retake.

Kathy sums up the previous day's "Bloodhound Gang" mystery saying that the Little Georgia Magnet is selling magnetized water at $100 a bottle, but no one mentioned that in Part One of the mystery.

They said that, but they said 4:30, because if they get their errands done by then, they'll have time to pop the popcorn before the movie.
-
At the beginning of the program, it appears the movie is going to start at 4:30 P.M., but the movie actually starts at 5:00.

As The Bloodhound Gang's "Case of The One-Ton Jewel" reaches a climax, Vikki offers a mock bid of silver for the white dwarf. Her estimated value: ten cents. But where is Vikki going to get a silver dime? Due to the coin shortage of the mid-1960s, the U.S. Mint adopted copper-nickel clad for use in all its dimes and quarters dated after 1964.

Laddie Zavoli says the Tropic of Cancer "is exactly 23° north of the Equator" and the Tropic of Capricorn "is exactly 23° south." To be accurate, both Tropics are 23.5° north and south latitutdes respectively.

The animation which follows Sarah Jessica Parker's Annie segment displays a thermometer reading both Fahrenheit and Celsius scales. The numbers on the Celsius scale are not listed properly, going from 10° to 0° to -10°, then 0° again, then another -10° before the last figure, -40°, gets it back on track.

Smatters the Barker correctly gueses that Vikki and Ricardo weigh a combined 230 pounds. So why does he claim Vikki won a prize? Smatters is supposed to give away prizes only if he guesses wrong.

The crawl for this episode lists the cast of The Bloodhound Gang's "Case of the One-Ton Jewel," scheduled for Noisy/Quiet: Production & Processing of Sound (the premiere) but withdrawn due to time constraints. The cast of "The Case of the Educated Pig," which does appear in Episode 1, is not credited.
How fatal an error was that? In spiking Episode 44 (Near/Far: Space Travel) early in 1986 and prohibiting the episode called Food/Fuel: Fueling Machines after July 1987, CTW had no surviving crawl to list the "Educated Pig" cast. That is why this age-old Bloodhound Gang episode was reinstated in Your Body: Twins, in October 1988.
