It is somewhat surprising that 30 Rock has made it to 100 episodes. The show caters to a very small niche audience, but NBC has really gotten behind it. The next season will probably be the last though.

Onto this episode, it was a little bit over the top. There were too many flashbacks, just like One Tree Hill's last episode that featured flashbacks for no reason. A lot of memories with the show, but the flashbacks did not even really demonstrate that.

Some laughs here though, mainly courtesy of Liz and Tracy's insane antics. The Kenneth stuff was terrible, and I actually could have done without the three other Jacks.

They went all out for the episode which was good, but there's been better 30's.moreless
