Needing a great episode to save the show, Liz deals with getting Tracy his confidence back and Dennis Duffy's return to her life. Meanwhile, Jack continues wondering if his life is on course, and Jenna relishes the prospect of the career boost motherhood could provide.

  • Not the funniest episode - and they had an hour to get it right.

I've read the rumors (on this site) - that the show could be ending soon. I'd rather it go out while still occasionally brilliant, than linger on and on, like SNL.

But back to yesterday's episode. If Liz Lemon truly had one last chance to save TGS, I'm hoping she could come up with some really funny sketches; instead of relying upon a gas leak to make everyone laugh.

Last night also featured the return of one of my least favorite characters, Liz's ex-husband. Their banter is rather sad and not in the least bit funny.

Having numerous cameo appearances made the show a bit better than usual - although I didn't understand the "Tom Hanks" bit at the end.moreless
