Liz has to do jury duty in Chicago but assures Jack that she will soon be able to go back to work. Jack gives her some sleeping pills before she leaves that will have her knocked out in no time.
Jenna demands compensation for her work in Tracy's video game. Liz orders both of them to stop when the argument escalates. Their conversations take an ugly turn as it becomes an altercation on who has it harder: the white women or the black men.
Jenna and Tracy decide to have a social experiment to test and find results from their theories. Tracy turns into "Becky," who is a white woman. Liz's sleeping pills kick while she is waiting for her flight to New York, just as Oprah Winfrey takes the seat next to her on the flight.
Liz discloses her deepest secrets before Oprah can even say anything. Oprah gives Liz advice and they bond instantly. Oprah tells Liz her listof favorite things this year, which include taffy, high-heeled flip-flops, and calypso music.
Liz goes back to work and sees Tracy dressed as "Becky." Even more surprising, Jenna is dressed up as a black man. Jack, upon seeing this says that white men have it harder than both of them.
Tracy and Jenna call it quits when Liz tells everyone that Oprah will be visiting. They start to ask what Oprah is really like in person.
When Kenneth discovers that Jack fixed some of the Olympic games in order to improve NBC's ratings, he loses all the respect he used to have for him. Jack wants to win back his favor and apologizes for what he did. Jack goes so far as to award Kenneth for his good morale by setting up the cable in his apartment.
As Tracy and Jenna wait for Oprah to arrive, a teenage girl walks in and sits beside them, saying she is there to help. Liz starts to piece together the puzzle and finds out that she was just hallucinating from the sleeping pills she took and that she was actually not talking to Oprah on the plane. She was really talking to Pam, the teenager, the whole time.
Liz tells everyone that she had a breakthrough because of Pam and gives credit to Pam for helping out. Jack tells her she should act like a white man and take all the credit. Jenna and Tracy break out into song by singing "Lean on Me."
