Overall, I think my choice for the funniest character would be Liz. As the season progressed, she just got more and more spot-on!

i like kenneth the best... its just the way his character is and i think he is a little funnier than liz

Of course Jack is the funniest character... because they give him the best stuff... because he's BALDWIN! But I really love all the characters on this show for different reasons. Also, WHERE THE HELL IS PETE?!? He's easily one of my favorites!!! He deserves to be on the list as much as Kenneth!

I don't think there's a funniest character per se, as much as "30 Rock" has an ensamble cast that builds its strength via chemistry and rapport. If you had to put me up against a wall however, I'd say either Kenneth or Frank.

Jack Jack Jack - lines, words, expressions, lack of awareness.....he is so funny.

For me I think one of the things that makes this show so funny is the way the characters play off each other. I love the combination of Kenneth and Tracy together and also the combination of Jack and Liz. Jenna I think I could live without though

Jane Krakowski is doing a competant job, but she's the weak link of the cast. It still feels like she's doing a variation of her character from "Ally McBeal."

No doubt in my mind! Liz, she is funny in a way that you can really relate to, even as a guy. Kenneth is also funny but more in an obvious kind of way.
