Episode Recap

Liz has been happy since her book on deal breakers hit the stores, but all the men around her don't seem to be so happy with what the book is telling the ladies in their lives. At the office, Liz is surprised that Jack is taking the bus to DC for a task force meeting about microwave ovens. Jack says he has to show restraint during the economic crisis.
Jenna tells Liz that she's scored the lead in a new movie about werewolves filming in Iceland and she's leaving that night. Liz objects – since Jenna has rehearsal and the show on Friday – but Jenna says that Liz can just have the new actor fill in. Tracy interrupts their conversation to tell Liz that her book is making Angie rethink their marriage.
Jack arrives in DC to find his nemesis, Devin Banks, on the task force. Later, Devin tells Jack that he's secretly trying to gain access to the inner circle of the Obama party by having late night chats with the President's daughter. Devin's ultimate plan though, is to bring Jack and the company down.
Angie has thrown Tracy out of the house and to get revenge for her book, he decides to bunk on Liz's couch. Liz gets a call from Jenna, who is in Iceland, informing her of a production snag – the sun isn't going to set in Iceland so they'll only be able to shoot the movie one minute at a time. The next day, Jack tells all the writers that they need to brainstorm ideas to sell microwaves.
After reading Liz's book, Tracy realizes that most of the deal breakers she wrote about were actually about him and he's out to seek revenge. He adopts all of the dogs that Kenneth saved from the animal shelter and moves them into Liz's apartment. Liz and Tracy both turn to Jack for help. Jack says the only fair thing to do is for Tracy to write about Liz, and then they'll be even.
Jenna comes back to TGS due to the movie's permanent hiatus. Things seem to be looking up for Liz until Jenna announces she's taking the rest of the day off. Devin comes to Jack's office to gloat about taking Jack down, but since Jack never took the bailout money, this means Devin failed at his job. Liz sinks to rock bottom by allowing Tracy to write and direct her life story as a porn film.
