Oh, 30 Rock, what happened to you? I actually like the writers being involved in a storyline, but everything today was just a mess. Even by 30 Rock standards there is no reason why Tracy would think Liz was his father. And I am pretty sure Jack has said stuff about crushing his employees in the past, contradicting his need to lift Pete's confidence.
I got a few chuckles, but not much more.
