With TGS done for the season, Liz relaxes in the Hamptons—until Tracy moves in next door. Jack turns Kenneth into a surrogate for the absent Avery. Jenna's spokesmanship of the Wool Council and their desire for complete normalcy creates friction with Paul over his desire for them to be able to freely be their odd selves. The writing staff plays an endless game of Halo.

not good... not bad..

"Mediocre"

30 rock had a lot of hits and misses this season.
this episode is the worst episode in season 5 if not in the entire show. its starting to feel that the show has nothing more to offer. they can't do more than six seasons and they should have ended it with the 5th one . i love this show though it had such an awful ending to a not bad not good season , but they have got to end it to keep the shows name as one the best comedies of all time before it gets worse than this.moreless

"Fair"

The season finale of broadcast TV's best comedy certainly did not end the program on a high note. I get the feeling that Season 6 will be the show's last.

Even the Dr. Spaceman appearance was not that funny. When that character's jokes aren't working, you know the show is not going to be good that week.

Please stop the Will Forte crossdressing thing too. It was almost like they were trying to make a political statement about crossdressing couples. Wrong avenue to do that.

Jack's storyline, I will try to pretend that never happened. It is obvious why Alec Baldwin wants to leave the show ASAP.

Just a bush league episode here tonight.moreless

Not a very funny episode that was kind of all over the place.

"Mediocre"

The season has ended and Liz wants to spend her summer doing things she likes. Unfortunately her plans get ruined by Tracy. Nothing new there. Meanwhile Jack deals with Avery being captivated in Korea by letting Kenneth take her place. Jenna is trying out for a Wool company and has to pretend her relationship with Paul is normal.
I remember much funnier episodes than this one and for a season ender, this one didn't have too many interconnecting story lines. In fact these stories had little tob ring to the table. In the end Jenna chose to be weird, Jack remembered to be himself and Liz went back for season 6. Not very shocking and not very entertaining.
There were some good jokes but most of all I was kind of bored by the episode. Kind of a letdown.moreless
