As far as holiday episodes go, just about everything you can think of has been done, so luckily 30 Rock did not dwell on the Christmas aspect of the broadcast too much and just let the characters be themselves. We actually got to see a lot more of Cerie than usual, and discovered that her mother is 33 years old, which is to say the least, shocking. Pete also got some more time tonight, as he's always been an underrated character on the show.

I've never been a big fan of Julianne Moore and her phony accent really irritated me so I hope that she does not become a recurring character like Salma Hayek was last year. I did like the Larry Wilcox cameo and I think celebrity pop-ups are good for this show like they did with John Lithgow and Calvin Klein. Nice way to wrap-up the year for 30.moreless

    • Lemon: Wait, how is this zero dollars? Larry Wilcox: Well, he promised to get me on Dancing with the Stars. Lemon: But that's on ABC. Larry Wilcox: Donaghy!

    • Liz: [Social networking] sites are for horny married chicks with kids who want to exchange pervy e-mails with their old high school boyfriends.

    • Jack: (looking at Nancy's YouFace) Why did she crop me out of all of these pictures? Cerie: No, it's good. If Nancy didn't care about you she'd leave you in, but she must feel weird about her husband seeing you there. She feels weird in a good way. Jack: "Weird in a good way," huh? Like going to the gym drunk. Cerie: (gasps) She changed her status from "Working on It" to "Weirdsies". Jack: OMFG.

    • Pete: Listen up. Jenna's not singing in the Christmas solo on Friday's show, you are. Danny: What? Why? Pete: For the most wonderful reason of all—Christmas vengeance.

    • Nancy: You know how hard it is to get teenagers out of bed in the morning, right? Jack: Yes, but not in the way you're talking about.

    • Tracy: Why don't Catholics eat meat on Fridays? I'll tell you why: it's because the Pope owns Long John Silver's.

    • Tracy: New dude is as good at singing as Tracy Jordan is at everything.
