When Liz shows Jack a picture of the very attractive Dr. Drew Baird, Jack snidely wonders aloud if the attraction Drew has for Liz is because he is a "Bundy-esque serial killer", referring to Ted Bundy, who's good looks were a focus when he was discovered as a serial killer in the 1970s. Later in the episode, as Drew's mother lay dying, she tells Liz that she must tell Drew that the woman he believes to be his sister is actually his mother. This is likely another Bundy reference, as he was made to believe for many years that his grandmother was his mother, and that his actual mother was his sister.
(Tracy is pretending to be Kenneth to a blind woman.) Tracy: Well, cotton and fiddles. I enjoy your smile. Jennifer: Oh, my. I'm Jennifer Rogers. Tracy: You may call me Kenneth the page because that is who I am. Would you like to go out with me tomorrow night? Yes, indeedy corncobs? Jennifer: Well, I'm going to say yes, because this just feels right and my instincts have never let me down... except for looking at that eclipse. Tracy: It's a valentine's date-li-doo!
(over the phone with Jonathan in sync with The Lord's Prayer) Jack: Our Jonathan who art at the office, hallowed be my reservation. If you are able, hold my table, at Plunder, as we will not be there by 7:00. Have them delay our heavenly dessert, and forgive us our lateness, as we forgive those who cause lateness against us.
Kenneth: You're the sweetest, prettiest, blindest girl I've ever met, and when I'm with you, my heart jumps like a frog on July asphalt right before it dies.
Jack: I may have sodomized our vice president while under the influence of weapons-grade narcotics.
