Liz and Jenna work on their dating game when they're beguiled by two very different MSNBC staffersâ€"a brainy geek and a brawny hunk. Cerebral Liz finds it strange that she's more interested in the attractive one. Meanwhile, Kenneth and Jack switch roles. Loved the scene where Liz and Jenna thought they had changed everything with Jack as a NBC page. The ending I didn't see coming where Liz and the hair where cousins. Kenneth firing Jack was great and Jack working as a NBC page was a funny little storyline. I liked this one, I will give it a 9 out of 10.
I thought this episode was incredibly, impossibly amusing. It was so nice to see Liz (almost) get the perfect guy. It's too bad that they're actually 3rd cousins! Gah!
The B-Plotline featured "Bottoms-Up" day, where Jack & Kenneth swapped jobs for a day. When Jack criticizes Kenneth for putting up with all the crap everyone gives him, Kenneth gets upset. Later on, Jack apologizes to Kenneth & Kenneth shares a show idea. Unfortunately, he makes a not-so-tiny miscalculation & the show is a complete failure. Luckily, Kenneth is cheerful & optimistic as always, so we have nothing to worry about!
I just started watching 30 Rock, but I'm getting more & more into it with every episode! It really helps that NBC has all the episodes online now :]
Alec Baldwin want to eperience what pagers do. So, he became a page for a day. Meanwhile, Liz and Jenna went over to MSNBC to look for cute guys. Why MSNBC? Gee, I don't know! I haven't watch that channel in months. Also, one of the pages got a idea of a game show where models hold gold. Problem is contestants can easily identify the gold. John MaEnroe made a cameo as host and if you notiiced, he hadn't changed since he left tennis. In addition to tina Fey, I becoming a fan of Jane Krakowski each week. Tina and Jane, two of the hottest women in televison. I saw Tina's dress on thye golden globe Awards. I didn't like it. She could do better in the fashion department.
This show gets better by the week. I must drive my neighbours insane for the laughing. As Jenna and Liz 'realize' they have upset the natural order of things I could think half of the comedy was from the music played over the scene. It could have had something to do with Jack asking them for their coffee orders too, though. Very well played out.
Kenneth has always been one of my favourites. Tonight was no different. There is nothing like a well played super-optimitist being constantly abused by his co-workers to make you just hang your head and chuckle.
This show is full of tiny little moments that make you burst. A sort of "just when you think you've heard the punchline..." momentum that keeps me coming back. Like the Tracy Biography. Through the show the guys listen to these stories and such, finally getting all excited by the end and really into it. A hapless viewer might think its all about seeing more craziness from Tracy when the boom falls and you miss 30 seconds cause you're laughing so hard.
So, so funny. It continues to baffle me how this show doesnt get 3x as many ratings. XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX
This episode would,to me, be the funniest episode. In this episode. Liz and Jenna meet to people they like. Well actually one.Liz goes out with the guy,who she calls the hair. They finally go back to his sort of apartment. Just to find out they are cousins. Kenneth and Jack switch roles.I believe Jack sort of final sees how Kenneth feels but doesn't care. In the end Kenneth creates a game show called I belive Gold in the cases or something. Which bombs. The only part i didn't like was the part where Liz finds out she is realted. I belived they did that already.
