Episode Recap

In this episode, Jack's girlfriend Elissa returns after she rejected his proposal and ran off to Puerto Rico. Jack and Liz go shopping for Elissa's engagement ring. He believes that this time it will all work out because he has a ring and knows that Elisa is "the one." He tells Liz that he invented the term "the one." At the jewelry store, the store clerk is clearly disgusted that Jack would marry disheveled Liz. He shows Jack the real showroom only when he finds out that Jack is marrying someone else - Jack whips out a picture of Elisa.

At the studio, Kenneth is removing things that the staff is allergic to. Frank comes in with a box of donuts with a mouse inside as a prank on Lutz. When Lutz opens the box, he screams and crashes into the wall which then causes a flat-screen monitor to fall off the wall and on top of him.

One of the paramedics that come to help Lutz actually likes Jenna. In fact, he is a huge fan and isn't gay. However, the paramedic has to leave before she gets his name and number. Feeling depressed, Jenna goes into Pete's office to express her sorrows. She tells Pete how 911 wouldn't connect her to their celebrity service. He is reminded of a book about determining who is a sociopath with how you answer the question of what you do if you meet someone at your mother's funeral and want to see that person again. Jenna has the correct answer for a sociopath: you kill your father so the person will show up to that funeral, too. Her response leaves Pete slightly disturbed.

Meanwhile, Tracy is trying to find the perfect present for his wife. They are celebrating the twenty year anniversary of the day they met. Liz offers some advice – ask Angie what she wants instead of wasting money on useless things like the denim jacket that is bedazzled with diamonds to read "Hot Bitch" and the Slanket. Tracy decides to ask his wife and gives the jacket and Slanket to Liz. He finds out that Angie wants her name and face tattooed on Tracy's chest. Tracy is stuck – he can't get the tattoo because it would scare away the ladies when he does his signature move of removing his shirt.

In Liz's office, Elisa comes to confess that she's been in the United States for weeks but hasn't told Jack. She is trying to figure how what to do about Jack's proposal because she does love him but she has a terrible secret. Elisa wants Liz to tell Jack that she cannot marry him.

In the hallway, Jenna watches Kenneth as he eats his lunch. She put strawberries into his lunch because she knows that he is allergic and will need medical assistance. However, when they do call the paramedics, two women show up who explain to her that the man might be on the evening shift. Pete realizes what Jenna is doing and decides to teach her a lesson. Pete and the pranksmen, Frank, Lutz, and Toofer, pretend that Kenneth needs to get his hands cut off because of the severe allergic reaction. When Jenna falls for the prank, Kenneth reveals it was just a prank. Jenna feels remorse which allows Pete to downgrade her status from sociopath to narcissist.

Upstairs, Liz is about to tell Jack about Elisa until Elisa barges in and tells him that she would love to marry Jack. Liz tells Elisa that she needs to tell him her secret. Later, Jack and Liz are talking about Elisa keeping her maiden name when the cleaning lady gasps. The cleaning lady knows the name and the face in the picture on his desk – the Black Widow. Liz and Jack Google it and find all the sites are in Spanish. They wish someone around here read Spanish when Elisa sneaks into the room and startles them. She confesses that she killed her husband who cheated on her. Despite her fatal tendencies, Jack still wants to marry Elisa because he's 50 which is 32 for women.

However, later he realizes that she will kill him if he cheats. He asks Liz for advice since she is the closest thing to a man around 30 Rock – he opens her door to see the pranksmen talking about adding feathers on their fedoras. She tells him to go get tempted and see if he cheats. Jack then goes to Tracy to arrange the temptation. Tracy takes Jack to a decadent club where Tracy confesses that he maintains his reputation of a cheater and womanizer but in reality he has never cheated on Angie. If an unstable Tracy can do it, Jack should be able to be faithful too. While he is telling Jack about his commitment to his wife, Tracy decides to get the tattoo.

At 30 Rock, Jenna helps Kenneth clean out the things she poisoned with strawberries. She tells him that she thought the paramedic was "the one." Kenneth decides to drink his strawberry water to help Jenna reunite with "the one." In the end, she does meet him but realizes he isn't the one – he has custody of his son.

That night, Jack goes to Liz's to tell her about his night with Tracy. Elisa sneaks into her apartment and startles them again. Elisa is jealous of Jack's relationship with Liz and becomes crazy. When Jack clarifies that Liz is just a "bro," Elissa realizes that she loves too much and turns crazy. They both decide it is best to break up.
