This is the second episode in which we see the "Look at Me" dress.
In this episode, we see Jen have funky kinds of hair. In one shot when the group is at the table by The Lemon, Jens hair is perfectly normal, but in the next shot, her hair is different.
Tara's mascara switches from normal to smeared during the fountain scene.
When Caitlin is crying at Grind me, her mascara is smearing but in the next scene, her eyes are clean.
Nikki wears the same dress she wore in Spring Fling.
When Jonsey and Nikki are in the jail cell, Jonsey takes off his shirt when he gets claustrophobic but the next second his pants are off too.
Nikki: Why would any girl go out with you? Jonsey: You did. Nikki: Yeah, well I won't make that mistake again. Not even if the entire human race depened on us going out just for survival. Jonsey: Good. Because even if I was extinct, I wouldn't ask you out. Nikki: If you were extinct, you couldn't ask me because you'd be dead. Jonsey: Yeah well, Touchee.
Ron: What is going on here? Nikki: We're sitting and talking. Last time I checked, that was still legal.
Jonsey: I was at the dance with this really hot girl and things should have been great. But all I could think about was you. Annoying, sarcastic, totally frustrating, you. Nikki, you're the only girl I want to go out with. So I'm asking you; will you go to the dance with me? Nikki (In tears): Yes. (Jonsey and Nikki kiss)
Nikki: What are you doing here? I thought you were supposed to be at the dance with the prettiest girl in school. Jonsey: Well maybe I'm with the prettiest girl in school right now.
Jonsey (To Tara): Nikki was right about you. You are as shallow as a puddle.
Jude (to the zamboni driver): So, are you the guy who gets to pick up the hockey players' teeth when they get knocked out? (The zamboni driver nodds his head) Jude: AWESOME!
Jude (about the zamboni): I will ride it, oh yes! I will ride it!
Wyatt's song The Reason I know I'm not the coolest guy but theres a disire buring inside girl I've never wanted anyone more in a perfect world we'd be together and after seeing you everyday there's something that I've got to say your the reason I wake everyday your the reason I wish I could say your my everything and girl I need you now your the reason I lie awake every night the reason I need you in my life your my everything and girl I need you now...
(Jonsey sees Nikki crying) Jonsey: You're crying. Nikki: I am not. I just got something really big in my eyes.
(Caitlin asks a guy out in a penguin suit and he doesn't accept) Coach Halder: Oh I better go get a tux. I love those penguin suits. Caitlin: WHAAAAAAAAAAA!
Jude: I'm not worthy. I'm not worthy. Zambonie driver: What are you some kind of weirdo? Jude: No I just really dig zambonies.
This episode is on the DVD of the same name and includes the one hour speical and the episode Bring It On.
This episode revolves around the gang but more or less on Jonsey and Nikki.
When Jonsey is running through the mall, looking for Nikki, the music to Wyatt's song, The Reason, is played in the background.
Caitlin goes to the dance wearing the "Look at me" dress from The One With the Text Message.
Nikki wears the same dress she wore in Spring Fling.
This is the fourth time we see Julie without her taco hat. The other times were in, One quiet day, Welcome to the darth side and Dirty work.
Jonsey has claustrophobia, which means he's afraid of small places.
Jen picks Coach Halder to chaperone the dance.
The tickets for the dance were $40.
Though clues were given throughout the show Jonsey finally states that they live in Canada.
Jonsey gets fired, yet again, from his job at what looks like a taco place.
Throughout the episode, Jen gets pranked by Jonesy's bratty kid brother, Robbie.
Nikki doesn't know how to skate.
The dance tickets are in the shape of snowflakes.
When Jonsey is looking through the mall he passes all the stores in the mall that have been crucial to the plot: The Penalty Box, The Khaki Barn, The Big Squeeze and places like that.
Jonsey goes to the dance with a girl named Tara Johanson. But then he finds out that she was just using him to get her ex-boyfriend jealous so Jonsey dumps Tara and goes to the dance with Nikki.
This is the second time we see Jonsey and Nikki kiss.
There was a Snowday at the school that the gang goes to.
It seems Ron can't ban employees from the mall so Jude must have been out of a job when he was banned but now he's staying again.
Wyatt seems to be finally over Serena.
running gag: Jen's hair styles
Darth and Julie break up but later get back together.
Caitlin and Wyatt make a pack that if neither one of them gets a date, they would go to the dance together.
Caitlin tries to hook up with a guy who works at the mall's pet shop, but then she gives up after he thinks she's a stalker.
Wyatt has apparently quit (or less likely been fired) from Burger McFlipsters.
Jen had to organize another dance.
Trica appears but has no lines.
Jude is banned from the mall FOREVER but it doesn't seem to last since he's not working there again
Jonsey and Nikki get back together again.
Wyatt has joined a band.
Jude is the new indoor skating rink zambonie driver
Jude apparently quit (or was more likely fired) from Underground Video.
Jen has an unnamed boyfriend.
Caitlin eventually hooks up with one of the Greater Gods, even though she was embarrassed by them in the episode The (Almost) Graduate.
This is the first time we see the mall from the outside.
The winner from "Get Your Big Break on Teletoon" will play Jonsey's new boss at what looks like to be a taco stand.
The second 6teen special.
When Caitlin goes to Steph in the penguin costume, she mentions a movie she saw about penguins finding their soul mates. She was probably talking about the film, March of the Penguins.
The pet shop that Steph works at is called Pets and the city, which is a spoof to the show, Sex and the city.
Judes love of the zambonie is simular to the song "I Wanna Dive a Zambonie"
The ending with Jonsey looking Nikki all throughout the mall is slightly reminiscent of the "FRIENDS" finale were Ross tries to get to Rachel.
Jude: I'm not worthy. I'm not worthy. This is what Wayne and Garth say on the Saturday Night Live skit Wayne's world whenever they meet someone famous.
