  • Season 1 Episode 11: One False Step

  • This episode was based on Alfred Hitchcock's "Strangers on a Train", adapted by Raymond Chandler and Czenzi Ormonde from the novel by Patricia Highsmith. Later in the first season, Richard Long guest starred in "The Fifth Stair", another murder plot based on a Hitchcock movie, "Dial M for Murder".

  • Season 1 Episode 19: Eyewitness

  • The Little kid questing staring, is Jay North who's series Dennis The Menace would premiere later in the year.

    There is a character in this episode named Hugh Wilson. Once during the episode Jay North's character says "Mr. Wilson" which in the Dennis The Menace series is a big part of the series and he would be known for saying this a lot.

    An actual ticket book from the old POP Amusement Park in Santa Monica, California was shown during this episode. The last time minutes were filmed at the actual park, showing the unique entrance and several rides. They actually rode the gondola ride and utilized the Davy Jones' Locker attractions.

  • Season 1 Episode 22: The Fifth Stair

  • The murder Richard Long plans in this episode is a remake of sorts of Hitchcock's "Dial M for Murder". This is the second time Richard Long guest starred as a villain using Hitchock plots to plan his murder. The first being "One False Step"...a lift from Hitchcock's "Strangers on a Train".

  • In the episode,the registration card in Delores'car's sun
    visor has her last name Carlyle:but the closing credits
    credit her as Carlysle.
