In the fifth season finale, Mary tries to right a wrong by explaining to Lucy that she never had "adult relations" with her sister's fiance, Jeremy. The only problem left is trying to convince Lucy. Also, Wilson unexpectedly drops by the Camden home from New York to see if he and Mary are really over by finding out her answer. Also, James talks to Eric about him attempting to have an affair with Annie, as Serena comes clean with Annie about her trying to have an affair with Eric. Meanwhile, Robbie and Wilson set aside their differences so that they can talk about Mary. Lastly, Matt learns a few things when it comes to Cheryl's honesty when she doesn't tell her friends that she's dating him.moreless

    Lucy is mad at Mary. Mike still loves Lucy. Simon can't be friends with Deena. Matt breaks up and then gets back together with Cheryl. Eric and Annie get each other's side of their story. They also fix James up with Serena. Mary breaks up with Robbie. Wilson asks if she will be her girlfriend. John and Priscilla get married back east. I loved this episode! I really wished that Mike and Lucy would have gotten back together. I'm happy that she and Jeremy are still engaged though. Matt was wise with Cheryl and they look so good together. I am most bummed about Deena and Simon. They're perfect for each other. Also, Eric and Annie were smart to fix Serena and James up. I'm happy that John and Priscilla got married and that John's family got to see them. That was nice of Priscilla's parents. I really love this episode so, of course it's getting a 10!moreless

    • Lucy: (about Jeremy) You must have seduced him. Mary: What?!? Lucy: Oh, don't act so innocent! You probably had one of your wacky plans, and he got caught up in it. I'm angry at Jeremy, but I'll forgive him. Mary: And what about me? Lucy: I'll never forgive you. Mary: Luce, you don't have all the facts. Don't say something you're going to regret. Lucy: I wish you weren't my sister. Mary: (sighs) Something like that.

    • Mary: You think you have to have a relationship with me so my family will let you stay here. Robbie: It's not like being with you is a chore. Mary: But it's not what you want. You don't want to date me, you wanna date my family. Robbie: No, I want to marry your family. Mary: Well just so you know, win, lose or draw with us, you're still part of this family. My parents will never turn their back on you. You don't have to date me to stay here. You don't have to not date me to stay here. Robbie: So it's over, isn't it? Mary: Three strikes, we're out. Robbie: I still love you. Mary: I'll always love you.
