Heather, Wilson!!

Annie's father is coming to town. Ginger, his new girlfriend, is also coming. Annie is really upset about it. Mary meets Wilson and Billy, Wilson's assumed little brother, and they go out on a date. Michael Towner makes fun of them and Wilson reveals to Mary that Billy is Wilson's son. Matt meets Heather, a deaf girl. He goes out with her, but she is offended by some guys at a party. Simon convinces Lucy to dye her hair blonde. Mary gets hit by a car.

This was a great episode! I love Heather and Wilson! They are the best boyfriend/girlfriend for Mary and Matt. I know sign language, so it's cool seeing it used in this show! This episode gets a 10 out of 10!moreless

Annie’s dad comes to visit the Camden’s family and brings along his new girlfriend Ginger. This upset Annie as her mother just died 6 months ago and she can’t believe that her father has already moved on so quickly. While Matt goes to fetch his grandpa at the airport, he meets a girl but does not know that she’s deaf. Lucy dyes her hair blond and Jimmy Moon breaks it off with her. She becomes upset and blames Simon as he encouraged her to dye her hair. While taking Ruthie to the park, Mary meets a young guy named Wilson who is the father of a small boy. They bond and go out on a date. This episode ends with Mary being hit by a car.moreless

Definitely one of my favorite episodes from the first season of 7th Heaven

The main reason is because it introduces one of my favorite charactes on the show, Heather Cain, even though she is not a character that is part of all the seasons or even part of many episodes, though she will proove to be an important character during many of the following seasons, as will be another character introduced in the episode, Wilson (Mary's new boyfriend). As this is the first part of two episodes (the second one being the proper last episode of the season), I think this episode can be considered as the season finale, and a really great one at that. It brings change for the years to come (Mary's accident, the love life changes, etc) which is a good thing to do for people to keep watching the show since there's so much to find out as to what happened after the episode ended.moreless

WHen Annie's father comes back to town she is happy to see him until she relizes that he has a new girld friend. Ginger is her name. Annie doesn't like her at all and won't even give her a chance. Matt meets a new girl named hather although their is a twist she is deaf. Lucy dyes her hair blonde from simons advice. And annie get upset and storms out of church and Mary chases after her and while she does is hit by a car.moreless
