Lucy said that Mrs. Beaker's son took one of Happy's puppies, but Dwight (Lucy's boyfriend at the time was Jimmy Moon and Jimmy's best friend was Dwight) took both of them and named them Simon and Ruthie.
T-Bone: (after Margaret and the twins' lengthy rendition of Woody Guthrie's song, "This Land Is My Land") But-- there's more! Eric and Annie: More? Sam and David: More! Annie: Oh, okay-- but we've had a pretty long day. Eric: (under his breath) Not as long as that song...
Eric: (addressing the people around him in the airport) Life is so much easier when we can draw strength from the love of our families. Ruthie: What did he mean by that??? I didn't do anything!
Mrs. Beeker: Why...Reverend Kinkirk, you, are one heck of a woman. Lucy: Thankyou, I'm my father's daughter.
Lucy: Mrs. Beeker, what is troubling everyone so much about my positive approach to life? Mrs. Beeker: Oh, it's not that--it's your positive approach to death!
Jane: (about Lucy who just left the room) She's nuts, you realize that, don't you? T-Bone: Yeah, but, still--if it weren't for Kevin, I'd... (big, dreamy smile on his face)
Ruthie: (at the airport complaining to Annie because she had to undergo a search by security) I'm a hijacker -- yeah, codename: Curly-top. I'm gonna hijack a plane.
Eric: (under the covers with Annie in their new Fantasy-matic bed, remote control in hand) What do you say we crank this baby up and go for a ride? (Annie giggles) I'm gonna live 'til I die, baby!

Eric: (when Annie tries to talk him into staying overnight at Mary and Carlos' house) Oh, no, no. I don't feel like I'm ready for anymore family right now. Annie: Lucy talked to them. Eric: Yeah, I know, dear, but, the cat is on the roof. Annie: I think the cat is pretty much off the roof at this point. Eric and Annie are alluding to the amusing, but comforting joke Eric told Lucy in the previous episode "And, I'll Take the Low Road 2", to help prepare her for the inevitable regarding his heart condition.
T-Bone: (to the bedding salesman as he is about to ask him to donate a bed to Reverend Camden) Ask not what we can buy from you-- but, what you can buy from us. T-Bones comment is an allusion to John F. Kennedy's 1961 Inaugural Address. President Kennedy closed his speech with the words: "Ask not what your country can do for you -- ask what you can do for your country".
