In this episode Simon starts hanging out with a new bunch of guys but they later on insult Annie and Lucy. Simon thinks they are just joking around so he ignores it. Simon finally realizes that what they are doing is wrong so he saves Heather when they attack her. I like this episode because when Simon is talking to Annie at the end of this episode it shows us a different part to Simon. I also find that this episode stands up for women.

    This episode rocked!

Simon hangs out with bad people, who listen to bad music. Lucy and Ruthie learn about why some men hate women. Robbie is back and wants to get married to his girlfriend, Cheryl. Heather wants to talk to Matt. John meets Priscilla or as he says, "Miss. Right." Simon's friend, Norton, harasses Annie, Lucy, and Heather. This episode mostly focused on hatred in the world. If it's racism, sexism, or just plain hate, it's all wrong. I totally agree with Eric, Annie, Matt, Lucy, and John about hatred in music. Some lyrics are kinds that you should definately stay away from. Robbie has changed a little since the last time we saw him. This was a great episode and it gets a 10!
  • Simon starts to hang out with the wrong crowd; Ruthie learns a lesson in self respect; Robbie's engaged; Lucy gets called a name; Matt sees Heather, and Annie tells-off a little potty-mouth.

Just when I thought 7th Heaven had lost its touch, I saw this episode. I really love how it brings attention to the fact that the lyrics in most of the songs out there DO have an affect on our youth (as well as some adults). It also brings attention to the fact that most of the time, women are treated like objects, rather than people. I was about to scream at my television when I saw the scene in the record store ("Oh no he didn't!"), and I applauded Annie's little talk with Simon's friend. I loved the scene when Annie caught Ruthie in her little outfit, and explained to her that she was too smart to wear something like that. It really tells young girls that it's more important to be who YOU are, not who the pop-star is. All in all, a very good episode.

This I would add to my top 5 favorite 7th heaven episodes. Simons hangs out with bad friends and then those friends assult Lucy and ruthie in the store. Then at the end Simon attacks one of the gangsters and yells at him. Then there is a great storyline at the end. LOVE THIS 1!
