Rory's friend: Dude your dad got out of the car.

Cate: Do you remember when I choked on the lemon wedge on Parent's Night and Coach had to give me the Heimlich? Paul: Which he enjoyed a little too much! Cate: I was choking! Paul: Then why was he smiling?

(Rory is being bullied at school) Paul: Rory, if it will make you feel any better I'll talk to the guys when I drop you off. Rory: Are you insane?

Kerry: This is worse than the time Mom choked on a lemon wedge! Cate: Really?

Paul: What happened to a couple of friends over? Bridget: More came so now it's a kick back. Paul: You mean a party. Bridget: No, no mom said we can't have parties. 20 or fewer is a kick back.

Anthony: Man, Mr. Hen, why you gotsta be trippin', dude? Paul: And I want you to stop talking like an idiot. Boy: I hear dat!

Paul: Oh Bridget, remember what your mother said-- Bridget: She said no parties. This is just a couple of friends over. Kerry: Plus look at Bridget. The clothing to skin ratio is totally non-party.

Andre: Your dad's cool! Bridget: Yeah, yeah, yeah, we know. Goodbye.

(Kerry and Bridget throw a party at their house under Paul's supervision) Rachel: No offense, but this is like the dullest party ever. Kerry: At least you get to leave.

Paul: You could've woke me up. Rory: You could've stayed in the car.
